My hub's Korean, so we eat a lot of Korean pancakes... and they are SO good (though Scallion Parathas are HEAVEN). I have to admit I cheat... in Korean shops you can get pancake mixes that already have all the proper spicings, you just add the veg/meat/shrimp and they come out PERFECT. It's one of the few things I'll use store-bought over my own homemade! Love this vid... guess what's for dinner tomorrow!!!!
I know we all love Marion of course, I just want to call attention to her production staff that puts this all together. They show the first few detailed steps so we can see the process, but speed up the repetition so we don't get bored. There is just such polish to this I wanted to call out the people "behind the scenes" or whatever.

I actually use cassava flour as I’m gluten free. I make Michelle Tam recipe from Nom Nom Paleo scallion pancakes…..so delicious!

Not keen on the taste of raw bean sprouts. I like to just toss them in a hot wok for a minute. Will be trying all these for sure. Thanks

Since it asian pancakes, I think u r missing out Okonomiyaki.
It's very insulting when you say "oh, that's corn starch in the US." There are other countries aside from the US that say that. The word isn't just the US and your country.
