    Hey Marion I've been charcoal cooking for over 38yrs . I don't own a kamodo but will definitely be my next charcoal cooker. I own a Webber, it's similar to thr komodo . I cook roast pork roast chicken roast lamb beef veggies seafood ham.

    Hey Marion . I've got a Webber a smoker, a hangi cooker and now I'm definitely going to buy the kamado. And we use all our outdoor Cookers during all the seasons. We hardly use the oven . Thanks Marion for the delicious roast chicken and the demonstration. 😊

    After 17 years of trying to master a propane bbq, i am going back to charcoal because it is unbeatable. I have never had a legendary meal with propane, but I did weekly with a simple cast iron charcoal grill. Back to basics I think.

      I'm a recent convert to charcoal (got into it during COVID lockdowns) and now I can't even look at a propane bbq! I love the charcoal flavour so much!

      I use to cook every weekend with a really cheap cast iron bbq and use a wok lid. It produced the best meals and became really easy to use and a main stay during the summer months. Fast forward to now, I use a propane bbq and never achieve a similar result. My next bbq is the 'egg' and I look forward to getting back to legendary results! (At least I think they are!)@@Marionskitchen

      You could Asian or western with this one. I’ve done it with some lovely roasted potatoes and a green salad. But also equally as good with steamed rice and Asian greens! 😃

    Welcome to the Kamado world Marion. Warning, it's addictive. I cooked on mine all through winter and have now bought a larger one. But haven't got rid of the smaller one.
