  • THE BATTLE AGAINST SCARRING ALOPECIA WHY RECOVERY SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE
    Another form of alopecia that is inflammatory is Scarring Alopecia. Scarring Alopecia, as the name suggests, leads to irreversible scarring of the hair follicles. When you are dealing with a scarring alopecia, it's akin to conditions like folliculitis or lichen planopilaris, which are inflammatory disorders where your hair follicles are under attack by your own immune system.
    This autoimmune response results in an unusual appearance on the scalp, often described as resembling an onion skin. The affected areas may appear to have a bulging, rippled, and smooth texture with an almost translucent film covering the surface. It's a visually striking condition, and you may notice vascular dilation in these scarring areas.
    Unfortunately, Scarring Alopecia is a significant challenge, as there is currently no known way to recover from it.

      You can treat it and it can burn out. THIS IS SO NEGATIVE! It can burn out. You can slow down it's progress when caught early. Don listen to this. He's not a Dermatologist

    In that case, after healing the information. Could be possible to made a transplant just in that area?

    • @Shofiqul-m1y
      @Shofiqul-m1y 14 годин тому +1

      Yes , it is possible but ....
      First you have to take proper treatment until your condition becomes stable( no flaking or no more hairloss or itching)
      Then after at least 6-12 months of inactivity you can do hair transplant on the lost area
      But you have to carry on the medications

    Huh!!! The lie detector test determined that was a lie lol I love you Trichologist but this is absolutely reversible. The biofilm plaque from the inflammation (Malassezia) takes time to fully dissipate. This will take a simultaneous approach, first and far most you attack the problem inside out. A strict diet free of gluten dairy starch and sugar has to be removed and herbs such as ginger turmeric cloves and oregano has to be incorporated for a proper gut cleanse to free your body of the yeast that compromised your gut. Externally wash your hair everyday with shampoo that consists of cayenne pepper and saw palmetto, and 2 days out the week pre make your own mask using ( turmeric powder, bentonite clay, cayenne powder, apple cider vinegar) creating a consistency of clay, leave on head for 2 hours as it removes heavy metals, cleanse the scalp, and creates blood flow. Wash out of hair completely and do this routine for 3months. Thank me later 😊

      I’m not sure if I have LPP or androgenic alopecia. Had 2 follicle tests came out positive for both LPP and androgenic. I’ve been on monoxidil, finasteride, ru58841 and red light therapy but nothing has worked and my condition is worsening. Serveral dermatologist don’t know what to do. U seem to know what ur talking about and if u could give some advice on what I should do that would help me out. Thanks for responding if u do 🙏🏽

      @@kamaridequinder8hmm… as you know hair loss is very tricky especially once you go the drug route. It is said that finasteride is clinically proven however results could take up to 3-6 months and the same with minoxidil. I do not recommend the drug route because the holistic approach is not only safer but over time be more effective and promising. As you may know minoxidil is used as a vasodilator. Vasodilation is basically the widening of blood vessels to increase blood flow for blood flow increases hair growth. So in knowing that, there is natural holistic alternatives to take. In the case of lichen planopilaris, this is an inflammatory condition that can restrict the capillaries of proper oxygen through the blood brain barrier which is how your scalp gets its nutrients from the blood. There is a bigger problem at large, which is your glymphatic system and your lymphatic system is potentially overwhelmed with poison and needs to be cleaned. There is no quick steps to take to fix this as it took years to get to this point. Your brain and your gut has a connection so you have to cleanse the gut in order to cleanse up there in the glymph as well. For the gut- I recommend herbs such as cascara sagarda, it does wonders at cleansing you out. Burdock root for the blood and kidneys. Try your best to leave alone gluten, dairy, sugar, high fructose, starch, and processed foods, as it is the reason for unwanted bacteria, fungus, and viruses, those things causes inflammation. Also ginger and turmeric is at everything local grocery store, incorporate it with salads or get it in supplemental form. In 3 weeks consistently, you will notice a significant difference in your energy levels. Topical use onion juice and bentonite clay together to create a hair mask. Onion juice will widen your blood vessels so leave it on you head for 2 hours then wash out with natural sulfate free shampoo. Every now and then put these 3 essential oils in your hair as it does wonders for your hair growth journey and that’s (rosemary, clay sage, cedarwood) them 3 in a base of jojoba oil does wonders. Just use 20 drops each in a half a cup jojoba oil and you got yourself a nice serum. I would not use no oil as a leave in tho, just as a pre oil mask solution to do opposite days of onion juice. Now lastly I know I mentioned earlier to use a natural shampoo, 100% natural shampoo that is actually good for hair growth is hard to find, so one the you may want to consider is nioxin system 2. Get the shampoo and the scalp & hair treatment, just try it out and see if it’s for you. For androgenic hair loss, there is a genetic disposition. Dht will be the key issue and to block it saw palmetto, and pumpkin seed can help block that issue. Go to amazon and search the company pure encapsulations. They have a supplement that has Saw Palmetto, Pumpkin seed, Pygeum, and stinging netting, as all of them blocks dht. Also there’s a company called botanical green care that has Saw Palmetto in there shampoo and conditioner. Just give whatever you feel is best and shot as it is very hard to choose between shampoos. I hope I was a help to you cause I know the feeling as loosing hair, it caused me a lot of trauma which is why I was so determined to figure this out. In summary- when it comes to inflammation, cleanse the gut in order to cleanse the glymphatic and lymphatic system to increase blood flow in order to give your scalp proper circulation and nutrients it needs. Androgens you are dealing with a hormonal problem, testosterone over producing dht, dht has to be stopped.

      Maybe look at iodine, selenium, and vitamin E deficiencies.
