I almost cried with relief listening to this. Thank you so much. It really clarified a useful approach through the confusion of so many long covid and peri menopausal symptoms. Thank you 🌼
Oh my word, thank you so much for this!!! It has answered so many questions and fears that have been weighing me down living with severe period changes for 3 years with LC that have been dismissed repeatedly. Thank you both very much for reaching your hands out to help those in dark and difficult places :-)
This woman and her husband are amazing people they are so concerned about our situation with menopause and long covid they are so educated and caring it’s so unreal I absolutely love them both
Thank you so much for this. I have long covid. I have really struggled for the past 12 months. Completely floored. Not able to work. Really debilitated. I went to my gps yesterday and saw a different doctor to the one I usually see. This gp gave me a prescription for HRT patches advising me it may not help with all my symptoms but it might help a little. I get really bad brain fog. My body aches. Sore joints. I do get debilitating fatigue. Chest pain and heart palpitations . I haven’t started using the patches yet. She advised me to wait for my period. But I had no idea of the benefits of the patches. None. Another person with long covid directed me to this video. I don’t expect all my symptoms will go but if it helps just a little I will be happy. This video was so unbelievably helpful. Thank you I really didn’t know much at all about HRT. You really have taught me so much it is such an interesting and helpful video. Outstanding.
This was incredibly eye opening. It made the last two years of confusing symptoms suddenly make sense. ever since the vaccine in April 2021 I started noticing symptoms of generalized anxiety, depression and brain fog / cognitive decline. Then hair thinning. Cycle irregularities. Low libido. Weight gain. Increased joint pain. Sleep disturbances and insomnia. I came across I video on perimenopause. I thought at the age of 36 or 37 I was too young but I guess I'm right in that age group now turning 39 next month. I did have covid in June of 2022 but my symptoms started just after the vaccine April 2021. I think perhaps that may have triggered my perimenopause
Yes I am now near 70 and at 39 I started severe sweating. I thought like you I am to young but as I studied more found out I was not alone. The whole deal from beginning to end was a ten year deal. Best part after was over not one more excruciating migraine. My mom had similar experience. The migraines ran in female line of my family. We all had them. Best tip ever...when sweat started I grabbed a cold soda can or ice pack at home. And put on wrist for couple minutes or anywhere on body it slowed and stopped severe sweaty flashes. Had several day and nite. Then course other things body pains and fatigue etc. whole slew things no one in 1980 never discussed Good luck.
Dr Glynne please speak slower. I have been public health speaker for 25 years. Many can not follow you and you have many important things to say. As we get older we need slower speach eapecially when trying to learn new things. Thanks for your work many young women need to hear this. I am near 70 and there was nothing when I was younger. We had to learn ourself as we went on. Should not be this way. We need more education on this subject. I have cfs myself 30 years so yes I understand all of this.
Absolutely agree with @lucyyaffe7997 - Dr & Dr Glynne (husband and wife) seem to genuinely care about the wellbeing of their clients /patients and offer a well informed, research based approach, drama free and hugely supportive.

Really great video Suzy and Sarah! Lots of useful information, I shall share it far and wide!x
Brilliant ❤️ I would be so much worse off without HRT including testosterone ❤️
