Check out how this guys learned to play guitar, from the age of 11 by bumping into a Old Blues man named Roosevelt Twitty, in a guitar shop in Paris Texas, when his dad bought him a "pawn shop guitar that needed stringing". Tyler heard the old blues man playing "Lightnin Hopkins style blues" in the corner of the shop & was drawn to him. The old Blues man, felt this "kid" needed to share the blues talent the old boy had in him. Roosevelt taught the boy all he knew from his years of playing "unrecognised" about town. The old man is no longer around, but his "Blues Spirit" stayed with Tyler, as you can hear ! Now THAT'S what the Blues is.... It lives in those who feel it !
Been so long looking (in vain) for the next generation blues rock guitarist to replace artists like Gary Moore, Eric Clapton, Rory Gallagher etc. I had placed so much hope on Johnny Lang who I feel has betrayed every Blue Rock fan out there (I still live n hope as he is such a great blues rock guitarist!) However, finally coming across Tyler Bryant has really made my day. Fantastic guitarist, true blue rocks voice and a great down to earth character. This band is a breath of fresh air.
Check out Matt Schofield - the real deal. Lucky enough to have seen his trio live. Sublime blues guitarist - good voice too. English but spends most of his time in the states these days. ua-cam.com/video/Hrqri4ZhDLU/v-deo.html
this is gold...it's refreshing to finally hear a young player with soul, passion and skills. brilliant guitar playing and song writing. the more I hear to more I love it
Tyler Bryant I feel it for you, you were born in the wrong era, if you were rocking in the 70s and 80s you would have been hailed as a virtuoso. From now on, I will listen to everything you make.
@@tomasazevedo1979 I didn't say that. You did. You might also want to look up "pretentious" as even if I DID say that, it wouldn't be pretentious...more like arrogant.
they dont fit the corporate narrative. he's not flashing his arse and dating gansta rappers . shame as they , and him in particular , are flippin' brilliant.
I came across this song during hard times in 2021, my girlfriend had just broken up with me and I was living far away from all my friends and family. I have loved this song ever since, I intentionally dont listen to it often and get goosebumps and sing along every time. Thank you for making this type of music, you have no idea how much of a positive effect it has on people ❤
guitar like a Clapton, inner beast of nirvana. lyrics sounds like wallflowers, and at least turn out to Brian Ferry and the tamed queen of stoneage in a 80s rockanthem mood
I only till know, knew about the Spotify version of this song. I am glad I came here! Your ability to move with such grace in this pace you sing, freaks me out! I love it! Just the right speed up or down at the right moment! Give me more!
