i love the fact that john appreciates his bandmates so much, like when he went "oooh nice nice nice" to the drummer in the beginning. I find it so genuine
The world needs another young John Mayer to come through. As well as another young band like early fleetwood mac. Its gotta come from the youth as much as us old buggers dont like it 😂😂
He used his Dumble Ultraphonix Bandmaster amp which he got just last year for the Sphere Dead and Co shows and it’s been his main amp that he carries around lately when he’s doing a couple off shows. Pedal board probably the usual that he goes for if anything John Mayer Gear on Instagram will have a post of all of this sometime next week about it
@@gabrielmwangi6576 I could see at the end of the clip there was at least Keeley Katana MK1 > Klon > TS10 for the drive section at least, and maybe what looked like the Xotic Super Clean in between the Katana and Klon.
@@gabrielmwangi6576 Yep, his balcked out one, you can see the Aqua Puss on there too, aswell as a Providence Chrono Delay, JHS Box it Later, Strymon Flint and some sort of grey pedal between the two delays, maybe an Origin Effects, not too sure.
Some day he will come to his senses, pull a Pete Townsend and smash that prs to pieces, and go back to fender. He has to work so hard to try make it sound as good as his old fender. Sorry John the truth hurts.
The PRS Strat is better than the Fender's. I've had MANY of both. It's just true. Sounds better, more alive, stays in tune better. Love my strats, but the SS is a better made guitar.

Not his band. He was vibing on the difference.
Every time I watch him I become more amazed ❤❤❤❤. Thanks for sharing. One day I’ll get a spot in the front row for him. So much love for one man.
Outstanding capture of a through the roof John Mayer rendition of his signature tune, Gravity. Perfect together 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Might be my favourite variation of the gravity solo, that was incredible
Might be cause that drummer is DRIVING the thing exactly where it needs to go, haven’t heard it driven like this since JJ Johnson!
All you can do is watch and listen in awe when John is in his happy guitar playing place. We are very lucky fans. Thanks for uploading
Esto va directo al torrente sanguíneo 💕
His best song imo. Always excited to hear new live versions.
Good of John to demonstrate the structural stability of PRS guitars by trying to rip it apart on that last solo.
Thankyou for uploading all the videos❤

thanks
hahahaha bro made a Wonderwall joke. Capo on the 2nd fret lol
A master class… time is a good to JM.
💙
I was like “the second guitar is good” then i saw his face on the screen at around 8:00. Oh, okay
Holy shit
Is that @wes Stephenson on bass?
Whoa. That’s Mark’s entire band! Great for them!
5:49 nice!
Miss seeing John wearing a Fender. 😢
Nice soloing as always.
That PRS sounds like a Fender!
Must be John's pedal rack. 🎸⚡
Naw, it’s in his hands
Well, that and the fact that the PRS was designed to recreate the sound of his favorite fender.
Who are in the band?
Some guy named Mark Lettieri.
@@rafalstachura Yeah that new up and coming freshman guitarist right? He normally teams up with another new guy named Cory Wong.
Jason "JT" Thomas on drums
Daniel Porter on keys
Most likely Wesley Stephenson on Bass
Guitarist is Mark Lettieri from the band Snarky Puppy. He's a PRS artist with a signature series Fiore Guitar .
@@rafalstachuraas in Snarky Puppy…
Would have been sick to hear Mayer trade solos with Letteiri. Look up Snarky Puppy or Fearless Flyers if you don’t know who he is.

I think John is in his prime
Aging like a fine wine. However 2013 born and raised tours. Hard to beat.
Poor Paul tripping on the cable 😅
What was the amp set up? Any shots of the pedal board?

It was John's Ultraphonix (Dumble modded) Bandmaster I believe.

voice cracking ...
I think I could have mixed the live sound better than whoever was back there… Yikes that hurt
Off of an iPhone video you’re making this judgement? As a live sound pro… Yikes.
@ Petey… If your live sound is about as good as your UA-cam covers… I’d be afraid of calling myself a “Pro”.
@@Sam-jq3rj so kind of you to listen!
Right up on the stage isn't a good place for a balanced sound.
