Saw this tip and it's fantastic..When you boil your cauliflower put a piece of lemon on the water..boil 8 minutes.. it takes the strong flavor out of the cauliflower.. but doesn't give a lemon flavor.. I always oar boil my cauliflower this way now before cooking.. Thank you..making this week.

Oh and by the way, I steamed my cauli instead for 5 minutes. I find steaming is even easier and faster than boiling plus it keeps from losing some of the nutrients. 😃

I just went on Keto about 40 days ago and your energy is just different, it's unwavering and robust, whereas when you're on a normal high carb diet when you're out of carbs you're out of energy so you crash all the time - unless you eat like a pig but then you gain a load of wait.... Keto is a god send for big people like me to lose weight. Channels like this are in the same category, it wouldn't be possible without the amazing passionate people posting great recipes to make it a delicious journey.
I had to try this! It came out a bit runny but I didn't measure this out like I should. I have an adult special needs son that doesn't like new things but we both sat down and ate this until we we're stuffed! I can't wait to make it as the weather gets cooler! Bacon is a must! I was really missing mac and cheese! Thank you!
When I make it. I make sure to let the cauliflower really drain and dry a bit in the colander before I actually bake it. Just to keep it from being runny.

I just made this recipe. I opted out on the bacon and substituted it with chicken and added turmeric for more color. Loved it!!!- It turned out extremely delicious!😋 My kids are very picky eaters and they loved it so much they asked me to make it more often! Thank you for sharing your recipes.🥰
I like to roast the cauliflower, cut it to a few big pieces with just a little water on the bottom that covers the bottom of the pan. I don't like to boil it. When you roast it I think it comes out great still leaves a bite but still tender. After it's done I chop it up And then add your cheese sauce and bacon. And yummy. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ My kids love it. And thank you for all the recipe I love watching your videos.
I just made this and instead of the bacon I added the bacon grease and I also used almond flour instead of pork rinds. And instead of regular butter I used kerrigold butter with herb and garlic flavors. So yummy
Kerrigold butter is SO much more delicious than that standard garbage most people use! That was the first time I'd ever tasted a butter that caught me off guard because the flavor just stood out from the rest.
Actually, the frozen veggies generally have much more nutrients preserved because they're flash frozen immediately after being cleaned and harvested. The "fresh" produce usually sits on a truck for days during transportation and then who knows how long before it gets stocked in the grocery store, and then who knows again how long it has sat on the shelf. For that reason, I prefer getting frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and other veggies. Just throwing it out there!
Hi Mayra! I made this recipe tonight for dinner along with roasted chicken! It was awesome, delicious! I will make this on Thanksgiving day instead of the traditionally been casserole along with the turkey! The only thing I changed was the heavy cream. I used organic pasture-raised half and half instead. Thank you for always delivering great recipes. So far, I made a few and they are all a success! Be well!

I have made this twice now! It's sooo good! I personally skip the bacon and the topping. Just to reduce some of the fat and calories for my personal way of eating. But if you're on the fence about this recipe. Don't be. It is amazing!

Made this a few days ago, and like others have suggested I added a touch of Cayenne pepper to the mix, and used spicy pork rinds in the crumb topping. I also probably used a bit more bacon…. It was awesome!

OMG I just made this and 🤯🤯🤯 I could not believe it taste this good. I love Mac n Cheese and I don’t let just anybody make it because everybody can’t. In this recipe I don’t even miss the pasta. Like she said in video it’s the flavor. Y’all have got to try this 😋😋😋
Lots of low carb recipes like this for mac & cheese, I use a sharp or extra sharp cheddar in my sauce for more of that cheddar flavor. The pork rinds mixed with parmesan cheese and bacon crumbs are a nice topping.
I made this the other night and it was a hit. My daughter took the leftovers to work. That's how I know she really liked something I cooked! My only omission was the garlic powder, but it turned out extremely tasty anyway! Next time, I'll probably add more cheese to the sauce and just a sprinkle for the top. I made it thinner, thinking it was too much cheese. I should have known there is no such thing! I'll also try it in the cast iron pan. I used a casserole, which was fine, but it might reduce the sauce more in cast iron. Thumbs up, this sauce will go really well with chicken, too!
Ok girlfriend, here is what I just did and I wish I could attach a picture. I took cauliflower and roasted it to dry it out some. Then I cut chicken breasts thinly and layered them on top. Spinach on top of that and your cheese sauce poured over it all. Parmesan and parsley sprinkled on top made it perfect! 25 minutes at 375. If you do this, I'd love to see your results. It was so good, we demolished the whole pan between the three of us.
I used to have cauliflower. Then when I started me to back in 2019 I made a pizza crust. It was great. Then I made mashed cauliflower and fried cauliflower rice. I now make three versions of cauliflower rice. My favorite veggie now. This is the first time attempting to make this. I found a recipe with Dijon mustard in it and now can't find it. So I'm gonna try this one.
It is delicious!! I used garlic and herb cream cheese. I think next time I might add cubed chicken breast or diced meatballs. Oh yeah and I used Oscar Meyer real bacon bits instead of frying up bacon and having another pan to clean 😇 The flavor is GREAT!!! 👍🏽

I make mock Mac n cheese with cauliflower all the time in the crockpot my husband loves it you really can't tell if you cook the cauliflower long enough soft just like pasta would be I never had a recipe to follow but I use all the same ingredients minus the nut milk you added
I made this today and it was really good. I used a few different cheeses than originally suggested and I added green onions before eating it. I definitely want to add shredded chicken next time. Way better than pasta!
