I love the ketoconnect cauliflower mac and cheese! I make a slight alteration adding about a diced pickled jalapenos (along with some of the pickling liquid) and cream cheese. its like jalapeno popper mac and cheese!
Here in Idaho I recently discovered KETO bread. It's made by "FRANZ" bakery. It's pretty good. However I don't care for the crust or the heels of the loaf. I take all those pieces, dehydrate them and grind into breadcrumbs, season, then keep in the freezer. Fantastic for casseroles and breading fish etc.

Quick tip for you. If you want your cheese sauces to come out like you bought it from a store, turn off your heat and remove the pan from the stove, then toss in your cheese. The residual heat left in the pan and the cream is plenty of heat to melt the cheese and it reduces the risk of breaking your cheese making it all stringy and oily.

My dinner today is greens with smoked turkey, keto corn bread which I made using Good Dee’s bread mix I purchased from Amazon , this keto Mac & cheese from ketoconnect, Salisbury steak with mashed cauliflower 👍🏽😀. No need to cook for the next two days. 😃 and that’s how I do it.

Per the keto Connect recipe, I used a bag of frozen cauliflower from Walmart 12 oz(their Brand) and it worked great. I mixed in a little extra cream in the cheese sauce. Other than that, all the same and it was fantastic!

This guy is the best! I am so glad i can watch him make different recipes, taste them and give his honest opinion. So many times i have wanted to make something keto and there are a billion different recipes..... some completely different and some very similar. It can be very difficult to determine which one is the best one to make. As we all know keto ingredients can be very expensive. There is nothing worse than making a recipe that does not turn out anything like you have anticipated. Not only have you wasted ingredients that cost a lot of money, but you have also wasted a lot of time and worst part you don"t get to eat that one thing your have been,craving and thinking about nonstop, praying to the keto gods that you can make a low carb version. Ground pork rinds are so much better than bread crumbs I think that bread crumbs are the substitute for pork rinds. I mean, seriously. Everything I coat pork rinds with and fry or add pork rinds to & mix comes out SO MUCH BETTER than when I used to add bread crumbs. :)

I gotta look it up, providing it doesn't have cauliflower... I find cauliflower to be an extremely overpowering food. The only way that I actually eat it is when I make cauliflower mash and I load that bad boy up with sour cream and cheese so I don't taste the cauliflower

Kccat5: it is made with cauliflower but it’s delicious! I know how you feel! Just use fresh cauliflower, not frozen. Frozen is fine for the Cauliflower Mash, but I like the Mac n cheese to be from fresh cauliflower and chopped into small pieces that mimick elbow macaroni size. Once you put the delicious cheese sauce on, you don’t taste the cauliflower. If you get tired of the cauliflower, try spiralizing zucchini! If you get tired of that, try the shirataki noodles.

I knew I wanted a Mac and cheese recipe but I couldn't decide on one so I checked out your channel. I decided on the KetoConnect one because it piqued my taste buds. It is now my favorite cauliflower recipe! It is a much more complex flavor profile than standard Mac and cheese but OMG it is so much better! Thanks for this one and keep cooking on.

Good Job Wes! I have been fighting myself about eating these weird foods because I am not a rich man yet, and I don't have the patience for cooking with relatively expensive ingredients, realizing they taste like "No-Nots covered in nasty-sauce" and end up at the drive-through to soothe my soul with a bacon double cheeseburger! I am a Juvenile diabetic - Called T1D - I mix up whole wheat pasta with the cauliflower. 1/3 whole wheat pasta adds 15gms of sugar = insulin shot one unit for me. Different for everyone who is T1D. Keep up your great show

I Made the winning recipe and it was a GAME CHANGER. I’m so happy I found your channel! I had given up on cauli mac (And I LOVE oven baked, crispy topped mac n cheese) but this was awesome. For the record, I used cast iron and added cayenne, nutmeg, paprika and Dijon (because that’s what I would have done to pasta).

If I’m not going to use my riced cauliflower right away I always dry roast in a skillet to extract moisture, then let cool before storing Something better than pork rinds? Crushed Parmesan wisps!!!!!!! Try it!

No, really! I'll omit those onions, or sub with some onion powder if needed. But I think salt and pepper will add sufficient seasoning/flavor.

I gotta look it up, providing it doesn't have cauliflower... I find cauliflower to be an extremely overpowering food. The only way that I actually eat it is when I make cauliflower mash and I load that bad boy up with sour cream and cheese so I don't taste the cauliflower
I was about to mention Headbanger's Kitchen Mac N Cheese! It is the best!!! My husband and I love love love it! Now, enough jibber-jabber, let's get to cooking!
Kccat5: it is made with cauliflower but it’s delicious! I know how you feel! Just use fresh cauliflower, not frozen. Frozen is fine for the Cauliflower Mash, but I like the Mac n cheese to be from fresh cauliflower and chopped into small pieces that mimick elbow macaroni size. Once you put the delicious cheese sauce on, you don’t taste the cauliflower. If you get tired of the cauliflower, try spiralizing zucchini! If you get tired of that, try the shirataki noodles.

I knew I wanted a Mac and cheese recipe but I couldn't decide on one so I checked out your channel. I decided on the KetoConnect one because it piqued my taste buds. It is now my favorite cauliflower recipe! It is a much more complex flavor profile than standard Mac and cheese but OMG it is so much better! Thanks for this one and keep cooking on.

I have been fighting myself about eating these weird foods because I am not a rich man yet, and I don't have the patience for cooking with relatively expensive ingredients, realizing they taste like "No-Nots covered in nasty-sauce" and end up at the drive-through to soothe my soul with a bacon double cheeseburger! I am a Juvenile diabetic - Called T1D - I mix up whole wheat pasta with the cauliflower. 1/3 whole wheat pasta adds 15gms of sugar = insulin shot one unit for me. Different for everyone who is T1D. Keep up your great show

I Made the winning recipe and it was a GAME CHANGER. I’m so happy I found your channel! I had given up on cauli mac (And I LOVE oven baked, crispy topped mac n cheese) but this was awesome. For the record, I used cast iron and added cayenne, nutmeg, paprika and Dijon (because that’s what I would have done to pasta).

My darling Wes, I don’t know if you’ll ever see this since this video is six years old…. but I recently chopped a zucchini in one of those slap-chopper things (you know what I’m talking about…?) in the smallest square grid … And it came out in little macaroni sized pieces… I am going to make this recipe ASAP, but I probably won’t cook the zucchini ahead of time as it will probably soften in the cheese sauce - thanks!❤❤
