Count 'em, folks - 3 ingredients. Seasonings are optional and do not count as "ingredients" in any recipe. I swear, nothing demonstrates the ugliness of our society like the comments section on UA-cam.
On another note not everyone has a weekly budget to make ends meet. Some people have a unlimited spending budget. But this gal sure does have some interesting recipes.

I made this, however I omitted the flakes and used smoked paprika instead. I also made zuchini noodles with my garden zuchini harvest! Thanks for sharing! Great tasting sauce!

🌸 one tip don’t use garlic powder, use fresh garlic, trust me 👍🏼 Once it’s cooked you can’t taste it and you don’t get pungent breath from it. I cooked with a whole head & my friends who hate garlic couldn’t taste it nor did any of us got stinky breath. However cooking with powder, it’s so potent you will have pungent breath 3 days later no matter how much you brush your teeth or mouth wash🥺. Watch out for snacks that use garlic powder Stick to fresh whole ingredients wherever possible for healthy reasons 💖✨

You are so creative with recipes I was wondering if you could experiment with cauliflower flour ( I found in Walmart) the recipe in the back for pizza crust is bad but I added one small bag of mozzarella, xanthan gum, and coconut flour to soak up the extra liquid in the recipe for a larger crust. It was good but you are so much more experienced in developing recipes-I was really hoping you could experiment with this product- plus it would really help those with nut allergies. 🙏❤️ Thank you

I only saw you taste the chicken, and the blanching process has me worried where the ‘pasta’ was congealing on your tongs. I’d hate to go through the process and have a congealed lump of pasta. I love your channel! Would you make artichoke chicken for a future video? It’s super simple-chicken, Mayo, Parmesan, artichokes, garlic powder, and pepper. I’ve made it for years-long before becoming a Ketoan. I don’t have a channel but I think it’d be great to get this recipe out to the the Keto community and I think you’d be the perfect person to do it. Maybe make two versions. The original and one where you put your own spin in it.

One point of correction; olive oil mixed with butter does not keep butter from burning when it gets over 250 degrees. It burns anyway. Use clarified butter or Ghee instead. Milk protein had been removed.
