Gorgeous home, nicely designed and beautifully decorated! One of the nicest I've seen in Hua Hin so far.
One thing you missed: At 6:39 I'm pretty sure there's a dishwasher in the corner of the kitchen to the right of the sink. That's an unusual feature that should be pointed out.
But otherwise you did a beautiful job presenting this home, Gim. Happy birthday to you, and may you have many more.

Definitely more stylish than most. The marble, the build in shelves (which seem to be lacking to a great degree) in the bedrooms were a nice feature. The kitchen was solid, especially with all the cabinets and shelves. What I found most appealing were the bathrooms! Everyone nice than the last. Definitely something you don't see in most of these houses!
those vessel sinks are terrible, though. i have seen them in american homes and... you're going to be picking up a lot of germs unnecessarily, because they are too high. very dumb design.

Hua Hin has changed a bit in the last 10 years. it's to bad foreigners can't buy homes in Thailand they only allowed to buy condos. the exception is if you marry a Thai than you can purchase a home under spouses name.

Don't forget that foreigners are not allowed to buy land in Thailand. SO buying house if your are a farang is very bad idea.
Slipping hazard is a reality especially for the elderly! Your swimming pools need to have handle bars so people could safely enter and exit the pools. Otherwise it just looks like a giant pond. Cheers.
