When will Thailand allow foreigners to own a home outright without land ownership restrictions? I would love to buy a home in Thailand but this law hinders me from doing so. So this show is only for Thai people I guess.

Zero finish, they can build something that looks good at a quick glance, but lacking of finish and quality - everything falling apart within few years.
In Scandinavia a home is regarded new even if its 8 years old - in Thailand a house of 8 years is having all the issues show and is basicly ready for a major renovation - and after 25-30 years its ready to tear down.

Again I miss proper bathroom with a wirltub (or at least a tub). Still this looks like good overall styling and also pricing seems okay for what you get.

I heard that foreigners can buy the house the land is leasehold which still happens in the UK all over most of London is leasehold so its not really a shock to be honest.
It is to Americans where you can buy the house, or the land. No matter foreigner or not.
The fuck is the point of dropping over $100k on property that in 30 years will be stripped from you. Or if land laws are the same as the states.
You can live and have a family there but if the owner one day magically decides to sell his land rights to someone and they want to build on that land your house is on, yeah you’re kicked out of the house and off the land
How can a United States Resident buy a property like this? I prefer a house over a condo but don't want to marry necessarily. Is there a land-lease option?
You can buy the property, but foreigners are prohibited from buying/owning the land.
