How much is it monthly ?
It looks nice. In particular, I like the cooking area, the shower area and the swimming area as well as the indoor built-ins. The outdoor environment is quite nice as is the architecture. I'm wondering whether there is a juristic moo baan fee, or perhaps you pay/arrange for pool/garden cleaning separately?

For this project, there is no common fee. However, the homeowner will take care of their own pool and garden. Typically, the pool service costs around 2,000 baht per month, and garden service is around 1,500 to 2,000 baht per month.

2 cars? Seriously? Someone got a brain and realized that one car may not cut it ;) NICE. Only thing now on my "ouch" list is the open kitchen - I prefer not to HAVE to see the food prepared when you have guests. Big fridge, though - definitely a plus. Definitely not a bad one.
