I walked through this tract in 2018.,Really cool places. Private enclosed yard, carport, decent size pool and all rooms faced the yard. Just a few minutes from town/Market Village. At that time they were around 9 to 11 million thb. I was told to bring a very local Thai with you to negotiate as they'd stick it to a Westerner. I think the two developers were from Germany and Sweden. Nice places, too far to walk to any stores or 7-11 type places.

Oh yea. Do your research. Plenty of land scams in Thailand.. Foreign developers scam Foreign buyers all the time in Pattaya..
Fo a Google search on this. ALSO in Hua Hin... people have gotten killed over property deals in Thailand 🇹🇭

I like this one a lot too like the last one. This one is a little smaller but I like everything that comes with it like the furniture and outdoor cooking area! This one would be perfect if I like the area. The outdoor area is wonderful and blocked off I really love it.

As a foreigner you can't buy land. You can buy the house but not the land. Additionally I would like to design the garden by myself. Gardening is a big pleasure and I would like to plant more palmtrees and other trees with fully control of everything house and garden. The maintainance costs are too much.
Very nice video and very nice villa, I like the furniture and how it is decorated ... the price is not that bad but the monthly fee is a bit high in my opinion ... gardening 6 times per week is so necessary?
Totally agree with you. 7000 baht a month is a lot of money and that would put people off to buy houses in this estate.

you can lease the land and own the house. i see it here in hawaii a lot. i believe in thai its a 30 year lease. here its 99 year lease most of the time
@@gregh7457 Why would anyone do that? The laws are implemented for a reason and personally i fully support them.
I strongly advise any foreigner who's considering to buy property in Thailand to make sure they do their homework and seek independent advice before doing so.
