I checked this video out this morning---I’m almost 69 years old, I am stuck in the fight flight mode, hoping this plus Justins 2 meditation videos I found yesterday will give me some relief. Thank you Justin
Wow thank you. I am so sorry for your loss 🙏🙏 I have suffered extreme PTSD post Narcissitic abuse plus became a workaholic over a screen so now I know why I feel so terrible and have weight gain it’s not just ‘hormones’ I will do these thanks !
I have been in vagus nerve hell for almost 9 months to a year, acupuncture and your exercises have put the vagus nerve back in to a relaxed state! 😊 thank you❤
Hey Justin enjoyed watching the new video.. will add this in a to my routine as is comfortable. Always great to get new ideas on the Vagus challenge! Thanks Jamie 🙏
Every one of your poses is part of my yoga routine but I really love the idea of incorporating this into my day. Not many work places give you the opportunity and privacy to do some of these positions.
Can this help relieve Thoracic Outlet Syndrome? I feel as though my trap muscles are so tight and knotted that I feel like I can’t push down and away hard enough to have the intended benefit.
Thanks for your comment Trejea. The problem is that even those pushing a broom, are likely to be on an smartphone too. Many teenagers don’t use laptops too often, but have neck problems due to social media.
Hi Alex, it did for me. That’s why I started this journey and I am so passionate about sharing the resources I used. I hope you can explore more of my content. 🙏
I always watch new content first. I like the stretching. Not sure if I can do some of these yet. 9 months out from a cervical lamenectomy. Are the legs supposed to remain straight when you bend over to grab your shins/toes? Thank you
Yes, ideally keep your legs straight. Grab as low as you can and keep working on getting a little lower each time. Wishing you well with your recovery.
@@l.k.2337 thanks Lynna. Nobody needs to fold forwards, we are just moving with our bodies. If you are unable to do it, don’t force it. If you can move a little then great. This is mindful movement, the key is awareness of you and your body.
I have pretty bad anxiety and as such I am struggling with getting my daughter to school. Stumbled across this today and hoping that it will help. But I have scoliosis and wondering if this would be a factor?
Be mindful or your body and adapt where you need to. The moves are very slow and you do not need to push yourself, the idea is to do just enough. You may also like to try this other exercise that most people find very beneficial. Aim to do it 6 times a day. Do it in two sets of three. ua-cam.com/video/qGFTpUkdHWA/v-deo.html

Hey Justin, I'm suffering from nerve pain, tingling, muscle tremors etc. All over my body post taking the vaccine. Could these exercises help me to get cured?
These movements come from Mindful Movement, which is Yoga. I don’t understand why you don’t want them included. Yoga is the entry to meditation. It was key to my own recovery and helps millions of people around the world.
We have some really good research into the vagus nerve and posture. Increased use of phones and tablets lead to poor posture in neck and back. fMRI scans are revealing damaged ganglia in the Vagus nerve due to posture. Stretching really helps here. It also lifts mood.

You can add in EFT tapping and breathing work.

You can do it! I think it is worth finding some colleagues who want to practice in work with you. Start small and a facility / room will be found.
Wonderful exercises. I found myself to be a bit tight (especially in my neck where I had a fusion), but as I do it daily I'm sure I'll loosen up.
Yes, you will. Let me know how you get on. Thanks, Justin

Thanks for the sequence. Very helpful. It's advisable for folk to use a mat and not wear sox.
Absolutely, but I also want to let people know they can practice without a map, don’t feel the financial burden. 🙏❤️
Do you have any exercises for Covid long haulers with high heart rate?

Research says to never do forward folds. Dangerous. And especially without bending knees. This is double dangerous. Don't do.
