I did door knocking for several business I was in. I actually find it fun! Beats sitting in an office haha. A good tip that helped me start, you don't have to have a whole speech when door knocking. If it's your first time and your nervous or unsure or what have you, just simply introduce who you are and leave a card. That's it. Easy. Then within another few months make your rounds again and you won't feel as uneasy because not only do they kinda know who you are already, but now you kinda know THEM already! This technique helped me a lot and panned out to be a successful approach. It could help for others:)
I’m taking my entire team door knocking next week. Hopefully hit 100 doors each. 400 doors in total in 1 day. It should be epic and super profitable for us all!

Lol you’re either just using that quote as a joke or haven’t been in the business long enough. And I don’t give a fuck what anyone thinks about it. I got in to make a lot of money so that I can buy and do all that I want to. Not to die rich, exhausted and under-experienced in the enjoyment of life.
Jake Riley just started my real estate career and the multi millionaires in our office take 2-3 months of vacation time a year and don’t work on weekends. So it’s definitely achievable 😃

I do have to ask , how would I prevent people that were seems so excited to give me their phone number while I'm door knocking, and them when I call to remind them I am on my way to our meeting we scheduled when we met , they already changed their mind and hardly talk to me .

Hey for door knocking for buyers specially, I was thinking not only residentials but also apartment complex because I lived in an apartment before I bought my home I will be doing apartments as well there's a few nice ones around my way have you ever done that?

@@MindsetMasteryTrading Those concert venue opportunities are limited, with door knocking I could create my own opportunity.
I don't think door knocking would be good to sell cds, but if you had any music event, you could door knock and personally invite people with fliers.
