I was just going through some Ferry scripts. And I had read about the portion negotiating where you could compare yourself to the "Walmart Realtor" but you'd be dropping your ability to defend the value you offer. If you can't defend yourself to your client, how can you play ball with the opposite agent and defend for your client? I think that's a great script that adds truth. BTW the mantras mentioned in "2 BIG MISTAKES Every Real Estate Agent Makes Today" are really taking some wild twists. I'm running into situations that are really complex to consider.

Wdym "packages" that your team offers? I'm interested. what kind of packages does your team offer to clients? Giving them options is an excellent idea but how do you put options on selling real estate
