Just Trying to Move - 2021 Vlogs

Yup... I'm still here :) 2020 was a ringer and I'm still holding my breath for 2021. But at the same time, need to makes some changes. Lots of excuses and not enough fitness.
Today, we just got some snatches to get the blood flowing. Off c amera, did a 10 min Assault ride for a warm up with alternating intensity OTM and post workout stretching. RomWod at 7am... pretty solid day!
