Plus launching missiles requires more than one person. common sense will work for someone. This has been the case in the Soviet Union more than once. Officers realize this would be the end of it all. Putin has already become inconvenient for oligarchs while they rule many Eastern European states. Russian oligarchs realize that they are already losing money and that everything would be lost through a nuclear war. I have been researching that criminal country for years. I know their mentality, their traditions, history and what they can do
