I have that white dial one. Bought it three years ago. I bought it to have a normal watch. I had worn smart watches for a couple of years. I didn't even know what an automatic watch was yet. I wore it all the time. I took it swimming alot and it was great. I'm still amazed at how accurate it is. I got into mechanical/ automatic watches last year and have bought alot of watches since. I don't wear it anymore. I still check it from time to time and it is always within just a couple of seconds from perfect.

You just can’t go wrong with a good old quartz watch for accuracy and reliability, not to mention the convenience of grab and go readiness.

Thank you! I'm just trying to help spread the word on these amazing watches. I feel that sometimes frugality, in my case, comes in waves. I came to realize how much I had spent on watches late last year and I realized I needed to slow down. Fortunately for me, I have allowed myself to indulge in Seikos and Casios to my heart's desire.

The only drawbacks with the oil mod is that the battery runs out quicker and it is messy to change the battery. You have to use a really thin oil to prevent drag on the hands. It does improve legibility and you can take your watch to 1000m+ with an oil filled watch. I'm considering giving it a go.
