Heres a tip, if you want to draw aggro you should get the duelists set, each piece of armor increases aggro that you draw to yourself, so the full set plus shabriri's woe will pretty much make the enemies always attack you even if you dont attack them
Aggro is like 80% of the time. Doesn’t work on mimic tear though, and i’m sure that if a spirit ash attacks too much they’ll still have aggro most of the time
The thing with all of these aggro effects is that you still need to hit an enemy to make use of them. They more or less just give the aggro you apply more weight compared to other entities.

I have a run to suggest my boy, hope you like the idea. Only Ashes of War, but wait, there's a Twist. You can use each weapon art ONLY ONCE PER BOSSFIGHT. Once you use it, you can't use ir again (in this bossfight) unless you retry the boss. Next boss, you can use this weapon art again though. The difficulty lies in the limited resources only game, in changing weapons mid fight, and in stats and upgrades material distribution for the weapon variety. Obs1: If the weapon art is a combo, you can use the whole combo, it counts as one cast. Obs2: You can't use summons. Obs3: Yes, I know you can use Marai's Sword Weapon art to one shot some bosses, but thats all right, is not a early game item anyway, there will still be some difficulty in attaining it (but if you want to avoid using it, is all right).
I think Shabriri's Woe works by A) making enemies more likely to target you when being attacked by multiple of your allies at once, and B) switches targets to you faster than it would others/takes longer to switch to a different target when it is targeting you. But you need to be an eligible target for enemy attacks in the first place, i.e. actively attacking the enemy and being a danger to them. You can't just sit off to the side and draw all the aggro while doing nothing while your allies wail on the enemy to no consequence. So it wouldn't really help in a challenge like this, where you forbid yourself from attacking or dealing any damage to enemies. Much more helpful, however, if you're doing co-op and trying to prevent the host from dying, for instance.
Fun Fact: You don't have to fight Godrick or Margit in Stormveil because there is a shortcut beside Stormveil, near the Stormhill Shack and next to the broken bridge, that passes Margit and the whole castle, into Liurnia. I'm not sure if you have to fight Godrick to beat the game, but Margit is optional and you can easily pass the castle for early/midgame loot.
would love to see this format revisited with all the new summons, some of them are really cool! Gino did a challenge run with summons only but it wasn't pokemon style ;)
I haven’t played this game yet so I only watch these nutso attempts. One of the reasons I LOVED ds1 is played it without a guide and the elevator that drops you back to fire link. Since I ruined ds3 and bloodborne (2 was impossible without a guide) so I’m playing this at Christmas, blind to all but bosses
The summons in this game are so cool. I kind of wish I hadn't forced myself to not use them on my first playthrough it was so fun playing through the game again with a necromancerish build with some of the ashes
That Godfrey fight is *spectacular* at showing how fucking annoyingly aggressive Elden Ring's bosses are. - RECOVERY? WHAT'S THAT?? - LIMITED RESOURCES? NEVER HEARD OF 'EM. Oh, also how stupid the poise/hyperarmor systems are. The fact that Omekiller Rollo doesn't use player stats/poise makes him obejectively better at keeping up with spam machines like Godfrey/Morgott and all the other freaking ballerinas.
I think the aggro talisman also has something to do with damage that isn't listed anywhere, as far as I can tell. When I was playing coop with some friends, I used the talisman because it made things easier when you knew who the boss was gonna target, instead of them constantly switching targets in the middle of an attack animation, and it worked for the most part. But if I had to take a moment to heal or something and my friend started attacking the boss, it would immediately switch to them, even if the boss was right next to me and my friend was across the arena. I think it's similar to like tanking in WoW, where you have priority for enemes to attack you, but if you stand there and do nothing while something else is damaging the boss, it will just swap to them.
11:27 the problem with Vanguard is not that there's a zombie mode, but the fact that they tell Treyarch to do it instead of an other studio. Treyarch just finished a year of Zombie with Cold War, it was too much for them

Bro said “why avoid damage when you can take health”
What's even more impressive - Elden Ring actually makes this a playable option.
when he said i need more stam regen im like, but why not get the turtle shield bro
Great content my man, as always
@@23Butanedione then go watch someone else. I don't understand why people like you always have to be so negative and try to spread it around.
11:41 - 11:52 whoever added the healing bit is a sick bastard who knew what they were doing…
Everytime I fight Radahn I shout “summon thy homies!” As i manically use torrent and summon all the npcs lol
As solaire said "“But, use this, to summon one another as spirits, cross the gaps between the worlds, and engage in jolly co-operation!”
They need to make the area on the heals much bigger
Or have a ranged one that lets you target allies.
@@Leach-ez7dq that's would be neat
@@goreobsessed2308Well this aged well
would love to see this format revisited with all the new summons, some of them are really cool! Gino did a challenge run with summons only but it wasn't pokemon style ;)
This run would have went ALOT smoother with black knife Tiche. Video is still kool.
The problem is how do you even kill him if there’s no summon available in the gaol
@42:17 "Now that might not have dealt a lot of damage
but damn did it feel good."
You really needed to play this entire run in a sexy nurse outfit... for Halloween, no other reason...
Mad respect for bushy, for simply chuckling when you die instead of losing your shit.
WHY DIDNT YOU GET THE ERDTREE SEAL AT THE VOLCANO
3:20 Yes, NPC summoning does increase a boss's health. So do so at your own risk lmao
41:23 f me dude *moans*
30:48 that one friend when you take him to the club for his first time
0:44 bro loki looks like a sinister bruce lee olryt 😂
I haven’t played this game yet so I only watch these nutso attempts. One of the reasons I LOVED ds1 is played it without a guide and the elevator that drops you back to fire link. Since I ruined ds3 and bloodborne (2 was impossible without a guide) so I’m playing this at Christmas, blind to all but bosses
Notice at 29:30 dung saves you from getting hit by giant rock ❤. Def top ten anime love story’s
This is amazing because i never watch a 10 minutes longer video and now i'm here every single day watching some of your videos.
The summons in this game are so cool. I kind of wish I hadn't forced myself to not use them on my first playthrough it was so fun playing through the game again with a necromancerish build with some of the ashes
Tries to make ash:
Makes Guts:
Sounds about right for a Fromsoft game
I wouldn't have gone for the Dung Eater summon. Lhutel is generally more reliable, since she has a ranged option and teleports around a lot to dodge.
Bushy> "Why aren't my heals working!?"
Dung Eater> "Why aren't you casting heal!?"
14:30 the loretta fight drip is top tier
That Godfrey fight is *spectacular* at showing how fucking annoyingly aggressive Elden Ring's bosses are.
- RECOVERY? WHAT'S THAT??
- LIMITED RESOURCES? NEVER HEARD OF 'EM.
Oh, also how stupid the poise/hyperarmor systems are. The fact that Omekiller Rollo doesn't use player stats/poise makes him obejectively better at keeping up with spam machines like Godfrey/Morgott and all the other freaking ballerinas.
Renala’s part got me in tears
