Being an Aircraft Mechanic in the USAF got me real good at removing cotter pins. Bend the legs as flat as you can and then grab the head with the curbed needle nose and pry it out slowly. Try removing one upside down in a place where you could barely see and reach. Oh and you can't drop it or else you'll have to find it and if you don't the jet gets impounded and the shift supervisor will have your ass because now you'll have to stay there all day long. Good times :)

nice video. Kudos for not editing the split ring error out . I like that when folks show the errors. Got to say made a few my self .Put a light truck diff in arse upwards once it had 5 reverse gears and one forward . I was ragged for months Still feel daft now truth be known 25 years later . Didn't cock up again though . Young dumb full of the you know what . I was way to cocky and the rest of the lads reminded me at every opportunity rightly so too Take care mate

well the spacers you see in the video are safe since they come with there own studs. The slip on ones if you put them on your stock studs then it becomes scary...

The spacer is used so that he can clear is brakes. And he uses 2 sets bc the spacer is a bolt on, not a slip on
