      Thanks for watching & commenting. Glad it helped determine which tractor you want. Which model did you decide on and what was the reason? Might help others when thinking about which is best for them.

    All nice tractors but for my needs the gc1720 was the choice as with all tractors and brands ,each tractor and brand has things that i like and things that i don't in the sub compacts i looked at several brands but i just kept coming back to the Massey and so far even tho i haven't used it alot i really love it and think that i made the right choice .The only problem that i have found with the tractor is the seat belt doesn't fit and i can't find a seatbelt extender that hooks into the seatbelt ,the ones from the auto parts stores are the thin ones and don't snap into the tractor buckle but i'm still looking.

      We sell several of them because they just a little bit bigger. Actually we sell lots of all of them but it depends on needs which one customers choose.

    This is great video explaining the difference between these three models. Like I said before I own a 1526 and really like it. Now if only I could get one of those nice Massey logo seats like on the GC1715 put on my 1526! A buddy of mine just bought a GC1705 and he loves it. Another friend is going to be buying a GC1720 in the near future. One note, I see there’s a toolbox on the 1726E. I think Massey should make that standard for all tractors. I actually mounted one on my 1526 right behind the seat. It fits perfect there. Thanks for taking the time to make this video.

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  6 років тому +1

      They are available through AGCO Parts..you'll just have to figure out how to mount. Might take a look at www.AGCOPartsBooks.com and compare the seat mounting from the Early GC1700 versus the 1526 they may have the same seat base if so then you could buy all the new components or maybe custom the seat to fit your tractor. We haven't done it but someone with some time and skills could make it fit.

      That is before our start with Massey Ferguson but was an ISEKI built Tractor. ISEKI built product has been highly reliable. Our Dealership Experience goes back to the White Farm Equipment Days with ISEKI who built tractors for them from 1979 to 1988. ISEKI Started Building Massey Ferguson Compacts in 1991 and continues that tradition to today's products. The ISEKI partnership has been a great relationship because of quality & reliability.

    What's the lift cap on 1726e loader? Looking to see how much I can pick out of a pickup with a set of forks.

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  5 років тому +1

      The L105E at 19.6" forward of the Pivot Pin or more like the front edge of the bucket will like 830# to 95.7" High. The higher you lift the less you can lift. At 39" high the L105E can lift 1,230# at the same 19.6" forward of the pivot pin. The lower you keep the load the more it can lift.

    Massey needs to get away from the ugly round headlights, they do the tractors absolutely no justice. Other than that a nice looking machine. I have a 2000 231s, great little tractor.

      That is 1 of the reasons I bought a 2018 1526 & it actually looks more retro & old school & out of the 3 tractors featured it has the most HP at the PTO & engine & going back to the headlights they are better because it's all glass & does not fade from uv rays like a plastic covered lens.

    So the 1715 has more 3 point lift capacity at 24" than the 1526 has?

    • @VahrenbergImplement

      No the only published spec is at the hitch point for GC1715 and the 1526 & 1726E publish both specs.
      GC1715 is 1,190# at Hitch Point
      1526 is 1,322# at Hitch Point
      1726E is 2,205# at Hitch Point

    Why can't massey make a 1726M - the size around the same as 1526 and 1726e. Someone needs to step up and make a premium tractor in that size.

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  4 роки тому

      Not sure the Market Size or Opportunities. The 1526 has been very popular with it's premium features of AutoThrottle and Mid-PTO but maybe someday they will update. I don't want to lose the price point of the 1526 for the features for the dollar. Our Customer love that tractor and price. Another $3000 to $4000 might take them out of that market what it normally add for Premium Speced tractors.

      @@VahrenbergImplement Yeah but they always to skimp on the smaller tractors. I don't see why they can't keep a cheaper alternative, but give people who want the options of a nice seat, telescoping arms, etc.

      Have you seen the new 2019 Joystick they made some changes in valve location and bracket for the 1700E Series, 2700E. We will try to produce a video of the new changes. If you want to step up in features the 1700 Premium Series offer tractor mounted joystick but your also looking a several more dollars to upgrade to a Premium Series Compact Tractor. Massey Ferguson offers lots of choices depending on budget and features you want.

      Woods makes a 4 point subframe backhoe for this tractor since massey couldn’t step up to the plate

    • @kjacoby
      @kjacoby 3 роки тому +1

      I love MF but the huge thing they lack is variety in their smaller tractors.. if you want a factory backhoe you either have to go with the little sub compact or go all the way up to a full compact makes no sense. And they don’t market their tractors at all, like deere and Kubota do.

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  3 роки тому +1

      Problems is Massey Ferguson would have to create a Backhoe for one Model since this model is unique in size. Larger than the GC Series and CB65 Backhoe and Smaller than the 1700E/1800E/1800M Series Full Compacts with the CB75 Backhoe. If they built it for one model it would be higher priced and most would opt out of purchasing. Aftermarket Manufacturer can make to fit more models and more brands and provide economy of scale to manufacturer. Good to know there is an option if someone wants a Backhoe. Do you have a link to show where Woods fits the 1526. I could not find it on their website.
