      "Burn muscle" in the sense that you're working that muscle intensely. That is what will strengthen it and make it hard. You can't literally "burn" a muscle.

      Yep! Jocko Willink Recommends that if you don't have time for the gym, get up early every morning and perform 100 Burpees.
      I say 110 Burpees!
      Or better yet, 110 Burpee Pull Ups with Toes To Bar
