How many counts for beginners
A year ago, I could barely do one regular pushup (I'm 106 kg 183 cm). Now I can do close to 50 push-ups so I'm looking for more challenging pushups in order to do around 7 pushups but more demanding for my muscles

I struggled when i wanted to see how many push i can do I couldn’t even do 1 then i started working out and (the third day of working out) i stop at 18 I couldn’t do anymore and my uncle laugh and said I wasn’t ready (he was joking) then 2 weeks of working out going to 3 i see changes and the highest push up i did when i went for a try was 36 and now I’m still working out to reach 50 at-least
That’s great, try slowing them down with a full range motion. Then try resting at the bottom a couple of inches of the ground before coming back up. You’ll find you can barely do 10 of each 😂
Try doing them with more range of motion. Search up deficit push-ups. Also, try adding more Time Under Tension. You can also try doing them plyometrically (clapping push-ups, hand release push-ups etc.).
Those hand release push ups are definitely getting added

@francoisodendaal1757 alright ill explain why this guys a scam: first of all theres no such thing as inner and outter chest, they literally dont exist there is only the calvicular, sternal and abdominal head and second of all there is no such thing as a pushup variation that focuses on your back so that was also cap and also some other incorrect information in the video that i dont specifically remember

If you want to only do your triceps, another option is doing the skull crusher but with your hands between your chest pointing towards each other.

The part where he says narrow and wide push ups do the inner and outer chest is just false, you can only target the upper and lower parts of the chest not split up the actual fivers, I would recommend watching more mainstream influencers

Don't give up. Push ups can become very easy quickly. Id start by doing pushups standing up, lean forward on something like a kitchen bench. Exact same form, just standing. Use something lower as you get used to it.

The best way for me is to do it until failure for 3 sets.
And after each set, you rest until you think you can do the same amount of reps as before. Then do another exercise the same way.

Yeah. So much bullshit in here. Not one of these exercises works the back. At all.
A slightly outside shoulder width grip will get you the best chest activation, provided you keep your shoulders down and move your scapulae actively. Scapular movement is what will work the Serratus Anterior as well. So, just do push ups as mentioned above to hit the chest.
Those "skullcrusher push-ups", yeah they work the triceps.
For shoulders, you're better off doing Pike Push-Ups or Pseudo-Planche Push-Ups.
And as mentioned before, if you move your scapulae through a full range of motion in any of these exercises, you will work the Serratus Anterior.
And if Push-Ups get too easy, hand release Push-Ups can work well as a progression.
There is also no such thing as outer and inner chest. Its upper, middle, and lower
