I do drink the triad, black coffee, green tea (with raw unfiltered Apple cider vinegar) & red wine (Cabernet mostly) maybe that's why I don't have any major health issues!

Matcha sure is what I started to love in 2023 and it’s all from a matcha snack that got me all started. It’s a great beverage! I might get a small Pomegranate juice to try it out. All the beverages at the end I dislike except for V8 100% vegetable juice. But even I only have one drink daily or every other day to limit the sodium intake.
