Backstory for those who are curious… They were building a “house of cards” in the warehouse out of customer complaint cards. They were one card short from having it reach the ceiling so Pam offered to get her first customer complaint so they could finish the tower. Turns out the clients mom recently died from obesity. Then Plop realized it was his client that Pam lost in the end 😂 but they got their last card at least.
They were building it in the annex, actually. On Pete's table
The scene was hilarious and sad (because customer's mom passed away), just like The Office could do 😂

Remember: When Dunder Mifflin was going under, this was the only branch that was doing well. They actually to work hard to _lose_ clients!
Reminds me of where I used to work. We definitely weren't try-hards, but we were usually in the top 2 branches out of about a dozen somehow. 😂
Remember: all the numbers were actually not accurate at the scranton branch because of kevin, and the branch was actually performing really poorly
@@jonnyo9193that's not true at all. They didn't give Kevin any of the important work.

Over a decade later and it's still hilarious that someone got the nickname "Plop" in a professional setting and everyone called him that to the point they never even knew his real name.
I know BUT in the episode were Clark wanted to trick Erin into doing a "newscaster" gig, Andy did called him by "Peter" instead of Plop
I have a friend called "Doody." He hated it, but never even told us his real name for years.
@@hclyrics I knew a guy that we called “Dookie” because he loved Green Day so much. He really hated that nickname at first. But I guess he got so used to it that it never bothered him. Funny how people adapt! lol

@@wojciechj2102 she's basically a puppet

Unless it's Bryan
The context is that they were building a tower out of customer complaint cards, but were one short. And everyone had received a complaint, except Pam. So she was intentionally trying to get a customer complaint (this is why she emphasized her name), but instead lost a client. Season 9, episode 8 "The Target"
Worst show on TV, maybe ever.

The way she said "hey Kool-aid...yeah" just gets me.
“Hey kool-aid” would be fun if Kevin said “ oh yeah 😋”
You’re right. Kevin should’ve delivered this line with the “Oh Yeah” at the end. That actually would’ve been funny. You’re a better writer than the stiffs at NBC. BTW, I know there’s context that requires Pam to have this line, but they could’ve worked around it. It’s writing like this that made most of us sick of Pam and Jim. They just tried way too f’n hard to be quirky and cute.
Opportunity missed i think. 😂
Missed opportunity indeed
The fact that creed was wearing sweatpants in this whole episode.....creed being creed
I love how Ellie gleefully says lines that are not inherently gleeful
They were trying to redo Jim and Pam with Erin and the new guy. 😅

I just watched this episode today morning. Been on a binge .. This is a show that helps me get through the day
Is that Donna?
OH MY GOD THE LEGEND IN THE BACKKKKK!!! DONNA DARLING YOU HAVE NOT AGED A DAYYYY

It did in general, but I thought that this was one of the funnier storylines of the last few seasons. I see that not everyone in the comments section agrees with me, lol.
That's a hot take.
cope harder.
Mike Spader?
The office lost its glory after Michael left.
Season 7 is where the show ends, for me
It's been years, I have still not watched any episodes after season 7. Some day maybe, will be waiting for that day.
@@AsifAnsari-nn8kkThey're not really worth it, stay happy and innocent
The Office was at its best when Michael was doing a virtually improvised monologue.
Season 5 was the last good season imo. Show went really downhill throughout season 6 and 7...they added all these new characters and changed so much stuff and the writing got really cringe, it didn't even feel like the same show, and then Michael left. I can hardly get through an episode beyond season 5
"Send this to a Friend and say nothing."

Nellie is where comedy goes to die.
True.
She had her moments when she first appeared on the show but over all I agree
and it made absolutely no sense why Andy kept her. He hated her and had every reason to kick her out after what she did, instead he gave her a job that was a "you do nothing at all and still get paid" job....
She was annoying
She didn’t even say or do anything in this clip. Like… she’s just there why are you saying this
