I was so alone until I came across HSP , now I understand why I’ve always been alone . All HSP’s are alone , that’s part of the deal of being who we are .. run from it at your peril . Accept it & build your life around your sensitivity , most will not understand you .. that’s the world we live in .

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I completely agree with you-accepting and embracing our sensitivity is crucial. It's true that the world we live in may not always understand us, but by accepting our sensitivity, we can build a life that respects and nurtures who we truly are. This might mean creating environments that honor our need for peace, pursuing passions that resonate deeply with our hearts, and setting boundaries that protect our emotional well-being.
While it can be challenging at times, embracing our sensitivity allows us to live authentically and fully. It's about creating a life that works for us and thriving in our own way. Thank you for highlighting the importance of accepting our nature and building our lives around it!

I am not highly sensitive but I have friends who are. The ones who handle it best work from home. Liked and subscribed.

Thank you for sharing your perspective! It's great to hear that your friends have found a way to manage their sensitivity effectively by working from home. FYI, I’ve also ended up working from home to help with my sensitivities, and it has made me much happier and healthier! Creating a comfortable work environment can make a big difference. Thanks for liking and subscribing!

I see my ability to be able to take really good pics with my phone as an hsp superpower .everyone thinks I have a great phone ....I laugh inside and say yep samsung is the best......

That's such a great perspective! As a Highly Sensitive Person, your keen observation skills and attention to detail can definitely be considered a superpower when it comes to photography. It's amazing how you can capture the essence of a moment with just your phone, proving that it's not about the device but the vision behind it. Your ability to see beauty and nuance in the world is truly a gift, and it shows in every photo you take. The fact is, it’s the photographer, not the camera, that takes a great picture!

Welcome to the club! Sensitivity is a gift, even though it can feel like a burden sometimes. We definitely have the ability to sense things ahead of time. I feel it like a 'knowing', if that is what you are referring to.
