Hmmm I really don't know ?
They string them incorrectly. C’s should be red and f’s should be green. They string them incorrectly.
I know I told them that and they are going to correct in future incarnations.
They’ve just sent me wrong items after 1 month waiting ! I am really disappointed with Aklot!
Oh i am sorry to hear that. Try emailing them

Yes please, if you could help me! I emailed the person name Shuang Song from your Aklot email service my $129.99 bill for a Harp Mahogany 15 string and the wrong item picture I received. He’ve just fit back only 1 sentence : “ Sorry, we will send you correct one. Please return the wrong parcel to this address:...” Then I said that I will send him the wrong item right away tomorrow and asked him when could I get the correct one, there’s no answer fit back. And that email was sent from June 29, until now I’m still not receive any thing even an email!!!!!
@@kamiloly send email to cs@aklot.com pls, i will follow up your issues. Looking forward to hear from you soon.
