Beautiful. I've been reading Greek myths recently, in which the lyre is a frequently recurring instrument. Knowing how it sounds, I can now fill in that void in my imagination :)
@@AtelierSkald Oh sorry for my mistake, I am not an expert - I meant from the North generally, compared to the others (which are from Greece, Iran, Egypt). So this sound was probably not connected with Greek myths, but is beautiful anyway.

Ah I love the lyre. always reminds me renascence and natural vibrancy. Also great duet! I had never heard a duet with these instruments before they produce excellent harmony!
Some random mythology; According to Greek mythology the first lyre was made by Hermes when he was first born. He killed a turtle and used its shell and some cow guts to create the first one. On that same night he had kidnapped (cownapped?) Apollo's sacred cows and after Apollo found the baby God he was furious. So in return for his freedom he gave Apollo his remaining cows back and the lyre. That is how Apollo obtained the lyre.
Ahh, there is nothing better than having an amazingly well done performance that you can zone out, while listening to. Following by silence, following by something blowing out your ears.
