Not legacy, because he's never gone. People will walk on Mars and break the speed of light before anyone will ever be as amazing as he is. If our civilization crumbles and someone stumbles across Freddie and Queen they will feel as moved as we all re today and as we were the first time he took our hearts. I listen to him sing every day, he's still very present in my day to day life, he's always going to be a big part of my day. I see him as the first space/time traveller, I share his performances with friends and they are as moved as if they are there in person. Freddie will never die, he's epicl and immortal.

I’ve met Queen maybe way too late but i am really thankful that i get to listen Queen when i feel sad, when i feel happy, when i want to dance or when i want to cry. I have been feeling suffocated with everything going on in my life. I cannot describe how Queen helps me with it. I was born 11 years after Freddie’s death but i miss him like crazy. I wouldve given anything to attend to a Queen concert when he was still here. Hearing his voice live, seeing all 4 of them together again. I am just amazed that a band that was making music long before i was even born can make me feel so many different things in 2020s. I never thought it would happen. I saw a comment that said something about favorite queen song changing constantly. Damn right they were. With every single song I’ve listened, i’ve made a connection. Thank you for being there for me even though you dont even know i exist. Your music is like a medicine. You help me get better. Thank you Queen. You dont know how grateful i am.

But no one seemed to see the beauty and richness of Queen music.

i love that too. That is the way Roger is he will let you know if he does not like something in his actions and words. I picked up on this by listening to his interviews. I would have loved to be in the rehersals for this song I can hear Roger saying " Oh come on now Freddie. Really? I l also love the fact that what ever one of them wanted to do the others supported it even though they may have not liked it. They were a democratic group. Brian did not like DSMN because it made light of Freddie's cavalier attitude of his lifestyle. .Yes they argued but ultimately came together as a group and did it. The show must go on.

I grew up in the 80s listening to Queen but not really hearing the lyrics. Later in life and with a 20 year marriage at an amicable end I hear this track played in a bar, it was like hearing it for the first time. This is now such as special song for me, full of wisdom. Better to have loved and lost than not at all.

I love this. Everything from instrumental (complexity, dynamics, Brian SHREDDING it and transporting us all to a better place), costumes, hair, makeup, concept ... not to mention the one and only, absolutely unique voice of Freddy. The whole video is a sheer artistic success. Even Brian walking up the stairs is awesome, and John and Roger .... there's so much to it and it's all awesome. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Some people might find the video too flamboyant too gay or whatever but I just simply find it magical. Only Queen can pull of a classy video with a little bit of Mozartian naughtiness and some hard rock chords. You can't beat Brian May's somber climb up the stairs with a casket guitar case later to pull out the guitar into a holy relic of sorts. Roger and John looking like regal court aristocrats trying to decide on fate and our beloved Freddie looking like a cross between "Rock Me Amadeus" and Sigue Sigue Sputnik and a ballet dancer with a dash of an operatic diva. The video is very colorful and worthy of the Britishness that only Queen can produce. Enough said the video is a work of art. Something that no other band can even attempt to make in-between an autotune.
