At my uni, the sell a "green tosti" (tosti is dutch for grilled cheese sandwich). The tosti is made of white bread (or brown), layer of goat cheese + handfull of fresh spinach + avocado & 1 layer again of goat cheese. ITS SOO GOOOOD!

What a great idea! I made a batch of chili and there is some leftover. This is a great way to to serve it. I have plenty of cheese on hand and some nice sour dough bread. No pickled jalapeños but we have plenty of hot sauce. Thanks for the inspiration!

Been making something similar for years, absolutely love it! Easy comfort food with leftovers! However I've never been a fan of mayo for grilling; I find it gives a weird fishy taste. I've tried numerous mayos but no luck, so I stick with butter 😋
