The Range Rover has now been transformotioned into something approaching roadworthy. I thought having seen it it was fit for the scrapyard but I was wrong. It is a lovely colour. Once those panels went on, the cat hairs removed and the rust ground back, it looks so much better. Those ninja kicks worked well. The Way of The Boot did its job. Looking forward to the next one, and I agree it doesn't need restoring, just be roadworthy and usable, so if it does get dinged, it won't matter. I like my cars to be driven, not dragged around on a trailer from place to place.

Hi Matt…… Ian from down under…..,Queenzland Australia….. My daily drive is a 1990 V8 3.9 litre automatic four door Range Rover!!! I’ve owned it for new!!!! Hence it’s a one owner vehicle!!! Has 280,000 kilometres on the clock!!! It drives like a bullet…. Will drop from drive to third at 3500rpm and races up to 130 kph!!! I had sway bars fitted to the car from new!!! It will drive down the road with little steering wheel control required!!! I also have a 1972 suffix A two door Range Rover…… It requires a little bit of work to get it back on the road!!! It has little rust…. And no power steering!!! I love my classic Range Rovers!!!! Regards Ian 👨🎤🇳🇿👍😎👋

Im into my 95 restoration North of $35k and that was a rust free California car with me doing all the work except paint, leather/headliner. Im sure you have a rolodex of people who will give you favorable rates. Cant wait to see the final outcome. I went with Oslo Blue paint, Bentley Magnolia hides with navy piping and carpets.
You didn't do a UA-cam build on it did you? I found a video last night of someone in the states that has just completed one, that was blue too, this will be a cheap build in comparison to that, how much was the spray job?
It's given me nightmares ha ha its a horrible thing rust! That's why everything is getting a good coat of the rust treatment, hopefully that'll stop it or at least slow it right down

Among others including a 120 prado or LC 120 as you know them I’ve got a 40 year old V8 VK commodore and it hasn’t got a spec of the dreaded cancer. Anyway keep up the good work been flipping cars for years so I can relate to your vids.

One look at the underside frightens me. I know it has had a lot of welding done on it, however rust never sleeps.

Ha ha what country are you from mate? This has done well, its over 30 years old but the damp climate and salt do play havoc with our metalwork.
