Here's my two cents on the ZF 6HP: They're not bad gearboxes, however there are some more or less common failures that can happen. - The Torque Converters can rarely go bad. That doesn't usually prevent it from shifting though. Usually it's just the Torque converter Clutch that fails, which will cause the RPMs to fluctuate, while going at a constant speed. - There's some seals between the mechatronics and the main gearbox, that shrink over time. This can cause the box to have less than ideal oil pressure and will at the very least cause harsher shifts. If you leave that for too long, there's a possibility of burnt clutches. Also, there is a sealing-plate between the two halves of the mechatronics that can cause the same issues. Replacing these seals is comparatively cheap preventative maintenance, that I always recommend on these Transmissions - There are brass bushings on the shafts inside the transmission. These seal the oil supply to the clutches and especially the ones for clutch E (I think) like to wear out, causing low Oil Pressure to that clutch. This Mainly affects 3 to 4 shifting in the beginning and will cause the gearbox to go into limp mode once it can't adapt to the loss of pressure anymore. If this happens a complete rebuild is needed (This is also my theory, as to what happened here) By the way, You can swap over the Gearbox ECU (located on top of the mechatronics) in order to circumvent having to program the new box.
@@NotEconomicallyViable Just as a follow up, if you're interested, Sreten over at M539 Restorations did a full mechatronics service on his E70's 6HP. One of the commenters is apparently a ZF tech and said it was a textbook example of how to do the service. Also of note, if you end up with an 8HP in any vehicle... you may not be able to play swapsies so I would recommend a textbook service on it if it's high mileage. My 8HP failed catastrophically at around 275,000 km due to water ingress destroying the seals (never did figure it out so now it has a separate trans cooler because not worth the risk) and it cost $13k to rebuild fully as I said in my other comment.
There’s so many relatable things in this video, the stress of smelling burning, the knowing it’s gonna be expensive, testing your head on hard metal, and we’ve all shared the joy when it all comes together and you finally fix it. The wife just looking at you on the floor….and carrying on walking 😂 Using your forehead to support a bag of bolts when you’ve no other limbs spare 😂😂
I have to say watching this makes me so glad I rid myself of my TDV8 after two Range Rovers enough was enough!! Too much trouble and never quite sure what was going to go wrong next. The devoted I salute you 😎👍🏻
I've always wanted to work on cars by my anxiety is way to high for it! You just blow past it and do it anyway its amazing ! Thanks for giving me a away to satisfy the urge to work on cars while not being able to do it.
Congratulations on your new born. Wait till you have two then you'll know what tired is. We had our two boys 18 months apart I swear I aged 20years in 2 years. Anyway loving your channel & struggles with the L322. Keep smiling pal being a dad is the best feeling in the world.
Congratulations to you both on the new arrival, it’s a lovely journey to travel, it made me smile seeing a new born, mine are 14 and 12 now, but it takes you right back😊
The GAP IID tool is essential for any L322 owner, and if you have any questions Patrick and his team are always there to help. Well worth the money, as if does so much normally only accessible by main LR dealers. Congrats on the little one!
My theory on Range Rover ownership is that everyone that buys a ‘cheap’ one ends up spending about 2 grand or more on it in repairs and then they pass it on to the next owner who does exactly the same! The amazing thing is that they go wrong so often it’s like a bottomless pit. It only stops when someone scraps them.
please dont hate me but as an engr, I know that designs (whole cars) are either solid, or have distinct weak spots. here the torque converter seems to be a known weak spot. and it will cost loads to swap, plus a tranny if you kill it too. Example: on my personal vehicle the voltage regulator was a weak spot, gets too hot, because the alternator is too small and its exposed too much. when it goes it can take down anything electric on the truck. solution is to swap a larger alternator. Fix any inherited issues and from there, you're fine. in general, the lower the production number, or higher the price of the car, the more likely there are these design gremlins. I don't have a RR but based on this video I would not trust this model. You never know if you buy a new car. In USA we have two kinds of locations, SALTED ROADS and seldom salted/unsalted roads. People who live in the RUSTY salted areas assume nothing lasts 15 years, and it flavors their entire perspective. In other areas cars can last as long as you maintain them. When you get into a chat with anyone here, its worth asking about the road salt to find out. Canada is 100% salted. If someone considers all cars "dead in 15 years" then they will talk nice about cars with problems like this RR more often.
I fixed one of those rear light yesterday that was full of condensation, it happens because the bulb holder 1:09:25 not correctly seated, undo it and make sure the clips are clipped in all the way! I left the lamp in the sun yesterday to dry it all out before I rebuilt it!
Congratulations on your newborn, nothing beats the feeling when you become a father for the first time. And congratulations on that massive job, another feeling you just can't beat - major surgery on a car and it all works at the end of it. Hard to beat that sense of both achievement and relief. Love this channel, really hope it grows to the point where you can build yourself a garage - especially seeing just how unpredictable our UK weather can be.
@@Zandoerlenaar Even the most problematic model can have the occasional reliable example but the occasional unicorn doesn't represent the ownership experience of the majority. JLR vehicles are very well known for being exceptionally unreliable and expensive to maintain and repair and that reputation came about because of the ownership experience of the majority. The chairman of JLR admitted in a speech that the company loses approximately 100,000 sales per year because of its reputation for poor quality and the biggest reason the owner's state for leaving the brand marque is unreliability.
I think Harry Metcalfe has owned his from new, and he has the resources to keep it well maintained. I fully believe that so many of these cars end up in a terrible state because they start dropping in value to the point where 'ordinary' people can afford to buy one. What these people don't take into account is the massive running costs, meaning they skimp and save on the maintenance and that's how so many end up in a terrible state.
@NotEconomicallyViable That may be partially responsible for their unfavorable reputation but they are also well known to suffer from minor niggles to catastrophic failures even when relatively new and still under warranty. Any modern vehicle shouldn't need to be treated like a Faberge egg either. Following the manufacturer's service schedule should result in a relatively trouble-free vehicle for at least 150,000 miles if not more.
The sense of relief in your face as you succeed in something you’re basically winging is something a lot of us driveway diyers can hugely relate too and is a massive reason why I keep coming back to watch each upload, nice one mate and congratulations on the new arrival 👍👍
Congratulations on the new family member, enjoy it doesn’t seem like it now - but the next 20 years will fly by. In regard this repair you’ve done, I’m astounded how far you’ve come that’s a massive job you’ve done on the drive on your back - just incredible. Will buy some tickets.
I've just spent hours suffering underneath my Saab and then watch this video of you suffering beneath your Land Rover and it cheers me right up again 😂😂😂
I can whole heartedly agree, that in the process of fixing a car, it SUUUUUUUUUUUCKS very often BUT once you get it, and get it perfect, there is no other rush like it!
34:04 That was every bloke thinking he’s a proper soldier taking one for the team and the other half looks at you without saying a word……… I’ll just carry on with this unborn child braking my back and holding the fort. Love this channel every home mechanics struggle.
This is normal RR ownership. I bought a range Rover classic. It only needed 4 new doors, a rebuild engine a freshly welded subframe, new tailgate new steering rack and some other bits. And after it was done it only left me stranded 5 times in one year.
Every freaking time. Every time I think about selling a car everything goes wrong with it. Good to see you back! I've been missing your videos. Doubly so the RR videos. I'm fixing my own 2010 up right now.
Congratulations to you both on your baby boy. Great to see you back doing what you do best. You're a really brave guy tackling the things you do, well done for your achievements so far, we're all looking forward to much more. I've just bought a few tickets, it's far more satisfying than playing the lottery. Good luck buddy 👍
15 tickets bought hope it helps you get towards full time youtube keep up the great work love watching more videos would be great .. congrats on the birth of your son and to your misses
Been into modern Landrovers for 25 years. I actually "bricked" a D2 ECU when I reflashed it, so the look on your face whilst reflashing was very familiar! All of this I learned to reflash it using the bootloader. My days of climbing under LR products and changing gearboxes on my own on the floor are now over. You are now the masochist that I was 15 years ago...I am now the sadist. Loving your channel...
I can appreciate the support these cars have, it's much the same for my little MG TF, loads of stuff available. That's in stark contrast to my Gen 2 Subaru Legacy import which is a constant quest to recover hen's teeth.
@@NotEconomicallyViable But bro, this one was heavily worn. If you get one in good condition, it will run fine. The condition, of the car is what matters
I had one. They tend to like a gearbox flush around 80 to 100k. Turbos are the next pantomime around 130k. Atleast the body doesnt have to come off for turbos on the l322 unlike the sport.
Good to see you back! What a genuinely nice guy and great down to earth content. Look forward to the future when your channel grows and you have your own garage with ramp! Congrats on the baby too!
Last time I had gearbox issues (Volvo V40) changing the gearbox oil sorted it. Also, check gearbox oil level. If it drops in an auto, it can cause issues. Start with the simple checks before going for the big ones.
Becoming 1 of my favourite channels this. I was missing NEV over the last few days. Really helpful as well as I have a L322 needing love, so to support I bought me a wind breaker and a nice sticker.❤
Congratulations to you and Naomi on the new addition to the family 'Baby Nino'. I am lucky enough to also be a new(ish) father with an 8 month old little girl and seeing you holding your little boy brought back some lovely memories and made me smile - honestly really happy for you. Nice to see you back on here and have bought some tickets for the Rangey as I would love to see you go full-time on youtube. Good luck everyone.
That was truly epic. Having begun making our own videos showing our life building a house off grid, running a forestry business & trying to film that, I can totally appreciate how difficult this was & felt the "Yes" when you got it working again. & as a fellow Land Rover & RangeRover owner, I salute you. Cheers!
There is a hidden factory reset for your car's gearbox software , I have used it , it actually does work . I stumbled on it from a retired factory development engineer who was helping someone out on a forum . There are many resets that you can do from the car without having to try fix it yourself , if you are a long time L322 owner , you may know some of them
I really hope you get loads more subs, can't wait for you to go full time. Get yourself an eezibleed kit, make bleeding brakes so easy, plus you can use it to fill diffs and transmissions without spending an hour pumping. Congratulations on the birth of your apprentice, I hope he's blessed with the ability to find 10mm sockets. Well done to the lovely Naomi, I hope she's recovering well and being pampered.
i love how you just threw in a brake bleed on all four brakes, like its nothing. oh and just snuck in a casual EGR valve replacement. i swear, you could've made 10 separate maintenance videos in just this one video, and probably garnered the same 120k+ views on each, because by God, I would love some more in-depth tutorial vids to work on my won 2008 to save loads of money.
Congratulations Nino and Naomi. I saw you with gloves on in that film! Babies make many changes to a man. Some deep and profound……. Some not so much. 😅 so pleased for you both. Sending you all good wishes for the future. 😊 love the channel.
Im really routing for you mate, ive purchased some tickets which i never do as i dont have any luck, but i watch matt Armstrong etc and people like you deserve a great chance, wonderful bloke and lovely family
I’ve run mine nearly 3 years now, passed 2 mots no advisories, initially on first purchase from sea side I needed 4 brake callipers, all seized up. Since that point I’ve had one ride height sensor fitted to suspension under dealers 6 month warranty. Only had 2 services and a flat battery last winter where I changed the battery. Been very reliable so far. Done 15000 miles to date
Your resilence is remarkable, I hope you get some income from YT . I would never buy a RR, rhough i have never driven a new one. The more vids i watch the more nightmares about these (they arent the only ones) crop up. In the race to make the ultimate luxury car the complexity has spiraled out of control.
I've got a 2004 L322 and it's a pain in the arse when something goes wrong (depressingly often). Nothing seems to be simple to deal with on these things. I salute you for taking on the gearbox issue - no way I'd be up for that! Must go, I have a brake caliper binding (God knows which rabbit hole that will take me down)...
Go on fella. I'm currently building a house on the back of a Leyland Daf T244 and seeing content like this is a massive moral boost when it all feels a million miles away from completion. Much appreciated.
Good God man, I'm full of admiration. I felt so sorry for you tempered with happyness when you thought through your problems and things worked out. I'm staggered with what you managed with no physical help. Great interesting channel with genuine enthusiasm on your part. All the best.
Congratulations, bring the wee fellow up with the same values and integrity as yourself and he'll be fine. Love the videos, thanks for the huge amount of work that goes into entertaining us.
I have a collection of .5mm incremental sockets especially for swollen nuts (as recommended by my doctor! 😂). 17.5, 18.5, 19.5 up to 22.5mm. It's a common ford problem too.
but do not buy Milwaukee my M18 1900Nm Heavy duty impact had controller PCBA replacement 2 times within guarantee and now 10 days after 3 years (DIY very rare usage - max 5 times a year) damaged again:( Never again Milwaukee shit....
Watching your videos actually made me want to work on my car a bit on my own. Only did some basics like changing filters and oil(something I learned that I absolutely despise), but felt pretty good about it overall.
I've always liked the styling of those Ranger Rovers, but the maintenance stories have kept me away from them. The only UK cars I've owned were an MG and a Lotus Esprit Turbo I bought new in '86. It was flawless and never gave me troubles. I wish the Rangey was the same quality mechanically.
Brilliant video, I feel for you my partners l322 gearbox just lost all drive no warning, £2500 later back on the road, she never used it after that as she didn’t trust it so we sold it someone got a bargain. Lucky your handy to do the job yourself.

My 8HP failed catastrophically at around 275,000 km due to water ingress destroying the seals (never did figure it out so now it has a separate trans cooler because not worth the risk) and it cost $13k to rebuild fully as I said in my other comment.
Its a bulletproof trans, but its stupid finicky and requires constant maintenance. Fluid changes, seal changes, overall a pain in the ass
There’s so many relatable things in this video, the stress of smelling burning, the knowing it’s gonna be expensive, testing your head on hard metal, and we’ve all shared the joy when it all comes together and you finally fix it.
The wife just looking at you on the floor….and carrying on walking 😂
Using your forehead to support a bag of bolts when you’ve no other limbs spare 😂😂
I have to say watching this makes me so glad I rid myself of my TDV8 after two Range Rovers enough was enough!! Too much trouble and never quite sure what was going to go wrong next. The devoted I salute you 😎👍🏻
More money than sense
I've always wanted to work on cars by my anxiety is way to high for it! You just blow past it and do it anyway its amazing ! Thanks for giving me a away to satisfy the urge to work on cars while not being able to do it.
Congratulations on your new born. Wait till you have two then you'll know what tired is. We had our two boys 18 months apart I swear I aged 20years in 2 years. Anyway loving your channel & struggles with the L322. Keep smiling pal being a dad is the best feeling in the world.
Haha I'll bear that in mind. Yeah, it feel as though I've joined the best club in the world
Congratulations to you both on the new arrival, it’s a lovely journey to travel, it made me smile seeing a new born, mine are 14 and 12 now, but it takes you right back😊
The GAP IID tool is essential for any L322 owner, and if you have any questions Patrick and his team are always there to help. Well worth the money, as if does so much normally only accessible by main LR dealers.
Congrats on the little one!
Couldn't agree more. The only way I could run a 2007 Range Rover Sport was because of that tool!
It's a great tool for sure, and I love the fact you can use it on your phone
If you own a modern LR - D3 +, LR 2 +, RR - you HAVE to have one of these, otherwise you have no idea what's going on in the black boxes.
They leak oil out every seal with age, gearbox, transfer, diffs start bleeding their vital fluids with time...
It's the very reason why there is soo much support for Landrover products... They're shit.
This last statement just achieved to destroy all the hope left in me
I fixed one of those rear light yesterday that was full of condensation, it happens because the bulb holder 1:09:25 not correctly seated, undo it and make sure the clips are clipped in all the way! I left the lamp in the sun yesterday to dry it all out before I rebuilt it!
Thanks for the advice - I'll take a look at that today!
A Range Rover in need of repair or replacement of a major component is perfectly normal.
You were lucky you got 700 miles out of it before it failed.
So odd how Harry Metcalfe can drive millions of miles with his one with little issues only.
And some of these are £200,000 today NEW. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I had a theory once that all SAAB drivers were bar stewards .
I can whole heartedly agree, that in the process of fixing a car, it SUUUUUUUUUUUCKS very often BUT once you get it, and get it perfect, there is no other rush like it!
Congratulations on the new baby - beautiful family! Looking forward to you being able to go full time!
34:04 That was every bloke thinking he’s a proper soldier taking one for the team and the other half looks at you without saying a word……… I’ll just carry on with this unborn child braking my back and holding the fort. Love this channel every home mechanics struggle.
Hahaha that made me laugh - so true
This is normal RR ownership. I bought a range Rover classic. It only needed 4 new doors, a rebuild engine a freshly welded subframe, new tailgate new steering rack and some other bits. And after it was done it only left me stranded 5 times in one year.
Every freaking time. Every time I think about selling a car everything goes wrong with it.
Good to see you back! I've been missing your videos. Doubly so the RR videos. I'm fixing my own 2010 up right now.
Good luck with it!
Congratulations to you and the Mrs mate . Glad to see you back
So stoned i thought you was jason statham in the thumbnail 😂😂
😂😂😂😂

Hats off to you tacking a transmission change on top of everything else on the drive..
Thanks for the support 🤝
15 tickets bought hope it helps you get towards full time youtube keep up the great work love watching more videos would be great .. congrats on the birth of your son and to your misses
Really appreciate the support 🤝
Been looking forward do your next video for ages. Hope your channel continues to grow and you can do it full time.
I hope so too! Thanks for the support
I like your light hearted approach in your videos it makes the video so much fun to watch and enjoyable
Thanks, Arnold
21 years on and the sight of a new born baby still makes me well-up. You never get over it and you never want to.
100% Thanks 😊
Sorry. Never seen one, never want to.
@@davidaldis8242 don’t apologise. No idea who you are.
@@davidaldis8242 Yeah well 'ard
Been into modern Landrovers for 25 years. I actually "bricked" a D2 ECU when I reflashed it, so the look on your face whilst reflashing was very familiar! All of this I learned to reflash it using the bootloader. My days of climbing under LR products and changing gearboxes on my own on the floor are now over. You are now the masochist that I was 15 years ago...I am now the sadist. Loving your channel...
Haha masochist is a great way to describe this! I do like the Land Rover scene I must say
I can appreciate the support these cars have, it's much the same for my little MG TF, loads of stuff available. That's in stark contrast to my Gen 2 Subaru Legacy import which is a constant quest to recover hen's teeth.
Same as my RS6 - parts are few and far between and when they do come up for sale you have to take a loan out 😬
I too had a TF till COVID and lack of use, so sold it. It was my daily driver for 5 years!
Tbh, this factor plays a part in what I buy. Had a mini cooper not long ago. Great supply of parts and info, especially videos.
@@NotEconomicallyViable
But bro, this one was heavily worn. If you get one in good condition, it will run fine. The condition, of the car is what matters
I had a1974 RR and, sold it after a year because on the 15 mpg .it wasreliable tho .!!!
Woman always believe that men could not clean. But give the man a car, and he shows who is the master of cleaning.
Congratulations on the birth of your son.and keep the videos come I look forward to watching more
Thank you so much!
Not really bothered about winning an old Range Rover but I just bought a couple of tickets to give you and the channel a boost.
Well done. Nice to see you back. Congrats on the new born. 👏
Last time I had gearbox issues (Volvo V40) changing the gearbox oil sorted it.
Also, check gearbox oil level. If it drops in an auto, it can cause issues. Start with the simple checks before going for the big ones.
I am so sorry for the Range crapping itself but I love the 80+ minutes video❤
Becoming 1 of my favourite channels this. I was missing NEV over the last few days. Really helpful as well as I have a L322 needing love, so to support I bought me a wind breaker and a nice sticker.❤
Congrats to both of you on the addition to the family!
Thanks mate
Congratulations to you and Naomi on the new addition to the family 'Baby Nino'. I am lucky enough to also be a new(ish) father with an 8 month old little girl and seeing you holding your little boy brought back some lovely memories and made me smile - honestly really happy for you.
Nice to see you back on here and have bought some tickets for the Rangey as I would love to see you go full-time on youtube. Good luck everyone.
Appreciate that, Ryan! Belated congrats to you too!
Finally!! Ive been waiting ages, had to rewatch your old videos because I love them all. So funny and I relate so much
Your a very brave man, I have done things like this but you are a beginner so this is very impressive. Thanks for the entertainment.
Aww bless a beautiful baby, congratulations to your wife and of course yourself ❤
That was truly epic. Having begun making our own videos showing our life building a house off grid, running a forestry business & trying to film that, I can totally appreciate how difficult this was & felt the "Yes" when you got it working again. & as a fellow Land Rover & RangeRover owner, I salute you. Cheers!
Now the third best looking on your own channel. Congratulations mate!
There is a hidden factory reset for your car's gearbox software , I have used it , it actually does work . I stumbled on it from a retired factory development engineer who was helping someone out on a forum . There are many resets that you can do from the car without having to try fix it yourself , if you are a long time L322 owner , you may know some of them
As a garage owner told my mother about 50 years ago: mechanics is 80% diagnostics and 20% spanner work.
Congratulations on the arrival of your Son ❤
Thanks, Simon
well done on getting it fixed , on that note its probably best keeping the scan tool if the support is that good !
Congrats mate for the little one!🎉
Thanks 👍
Just love your videos, your just a ordinary guy repairing things, and over coming problems, keep it up .
i love how you just threw in a brake bleed on all four brakes, like its nothing. oh and just snuck in a casual EGR valve replacement. i swear, you could've made 10 separate maintenance videos in just this one video, and probably garnered the same 120k+ views on each, because by God, I would love some more in-depth tutorial vids to work on my won 2008 to save loads of money.
Congratulations Nino and Naomi. I saw you with gloves on in that film! Babies make many changes to a man. Some deep and profound……. Some not so much. 😅 so pleased for you both. Sending you all good wishes for the future. 😊 love the channel.
Haha cheers mate
You must move full-time to making UA-cam videos, otherwise what's the point?! Fingers crossed mate, all the best to you and your big family now!
Whats the point off it ??? 😅
That's the plan!
Lazer tool 8214 well worth adding to your toolkit. Works on all the swollen wheel nuts. Ford, Volvo, Jag and land rover
Ahh I didn't know they existed - thanks for that
Your excitement when the gearbox worked was amazing. I can only guess your reaction when your newborn arrived. Many congratulations 👌
Im really routing for you mate, ive purchased some tickets which i never do as i dont have any luck, but i watch matt Armstrong etc and people like you deserve a great chance, wonderful bloke and lovely family
a drug habit would cost less than having a range rover
And running a RR would certainly push you into one.
😂😂😂made my night
Ironic given this in this spec and age is prime dealer car.
A 2k car that looks 20k with a private plate on it
I’ve run mine nearly 3 years now, passed 2 mots no advisories, initially on first purchase from sea side I needed 4 brake callipers, all seized up. Since that point I’ve had one ride height sensor fitted to suspension under dealers 6 month warranty. Only had 2 services and a flat battery last winter where I changed the battery. Been very reliable so far. Done 15000 miles to date
@@keithvers569just wait.
Your resilence is remarkable, I hope you get some income from YT . I would never buy a RR, rhough i have never driven a new one. The more vids i watch the more nightmares about these (they arent the only ones) crop up. In the race to make the ultimate luxury car the complexity has spiraled out of control.
Nice, new video from You!
Whole hour and 20 min!
Enjoy bud 👍🏻👍🏻
I've got a 2004 L322 and it's a pain in the arse when something goes wrong (depressingly often). Nothing seems to be simple to deal with on these things. I salute you for taking on the gearbox issue - no way I'd be up for that! Must go, I have a brake caliper binding (God knows which rabbit hole that will take me down)...
How fucking trash is Land Rover when they cannot even make quality wheel nuts LOL
Go on fella. I'm currently building a house on the back of a Leyland Daf T244 and seeing content like this is a massive moral boost when it all feels a million miles away from completion. Much appreciated.
To be quite honest I'd pay 99p for a ticket NOT to win a used Range Rover!
Well said, not worth having. Crap car.
Good God man, I'm full of admiration. I felt so sorry for you tempered with happyness when you thought through your problems and things worked out. I'm staggered with what you managed with no physical help. Great interesting channel with genuine enthusiasm on your part. All the best.
Congratulations, I am cured of wanting one of these cars.
1hr 14mins and 43 seconds… that feeling… you can’t beat it!!! Congratulations, that was a hell of a win!
the look your wife gave you at @34:12 got me ahahahhaha
😅
Congratulations, bring the wee fellow up with the same values and integrity as yourself and he'll be fine. Love the videos, thanks for the huge amount of work that goes into entertaining us.
I would not want that money pit
I have a collection of .5mm incremental sockets especially for swollen nuts (as recommended by my doctor! 😂). 17.5, 18.5, 19.5 up to 22.5mm. It's a common ford problem too.
I've been waiting so long for another upload 🙂
Hats off to you nino for sorting that gearbox on your own heavy bit of kit. Very well done 👍
7:04 Get yourself one of those impact drivers where you hammer it while its turning. Perfect for such a job.
but do not buy Milwaukee my M18 1900Nm Heavy duty impact had controller PCBA replacement 2 times within guarantee and now 10 days after 3 years (DIY very rare usage - max 5 times a year) damaged again:( Never again Milwaukee shit....
Congratulations to both of you on the birth of your "bundle of joy" and the rebirth of a landy gearbox. Keep up the great content 👍 and good luck for your future 👌
