Looks amazing and you did an excellent job restoring it also!!!! I like the cracks on the face also
Enjoyed your video and I gave it a Thumbs Up
Thank you! Cheers!
Ha. Before I saw the "wife has confiscated it" text, I thought to myself that this is definitely my wife's color. Good job.
Thanks! Jpalan
Very cool.😊
Thanks man
Goodness me! I see what you mean about the reaction on the paper face. Still, the best part is that now it creates the character you were looking for originally.
Turned out beautiful mate. Loved the colour and the depth of colour you created with a couple of drops in the clear coat is amazing. I’ll have to remember that. No wonder the wife confiscated it. She has good taste.
Thanks shed man
❤
thanks for watching😀
I live in Argentina, I have the same one that belonged to my great-grandfather, it works excellent and I want to restore it... did you need to calibrate it when reassembling it?
thanks for watching😀the adjustment is on top
Im Seriously Interested in Purchasing this, How Much???
Sorry unable to fight it off the wife, but thanks for watching
I think it needs a cover.
Thanks for your feedback cheers Richard 😀
Puting that paper face on it looked like the most headache of the whole restoration other then that a very nice outcome but never to be seen again Wife has it now 😂👍🏆
Thanks Frank ,yes the vinyl was bit hard to put on, but I had a spear face
Good resto but would have liked the original color. Thanks.
Next time!
A patent date isn't a manufacturing date. You have to know that, right? Really nice restore.
Such an impolite way of phrasing your second sentence.
hi The patent date on the face was 1907 the date under the base was 1917
Amazing job, awesome colour 👌
@@rseletto thanks 😊
You didn't test for lead paint, you just went straight to sand blasting. That's irresponsible. You put yourself, your family & your local environment at risk of lead contamination. 👎
WOW you make some pretty big assumptions there !!! perhaps you should ask me about the filtration system I have installed specially for the sand blaster and the separate dust collection system for the rest of the workshop, I assume every paint system is bad for me ,I have recently upgraded to a vapour blaster to catch more contaminants ,I'm assuming from the way you are writing that you work in this industry yourself ,and have impeccable safety standards, Please don't tell me but show me in a video how you would do this, I look forward to seeing your paint removal video
Cheers Richard
I got my new work boots from shoe carnival...delivered from Cali...said product contains lead...our government is irresponsible
