The Z690 AERO G is really here to correct last year's wrongs.
Last year I had reviewed the good but not perfect Z590 VISION G from Gigabyte. Great initiative to entertain an entire line-up of boards especially focused on creators coming from Gigabyte. Only problem(s) was that they had some serious VRM design flaws.
Luckily enough for all of us, the Vision replacement, the AERO line-up fixes all of these flaws, and gives us what finally is the best creator, production centric motherboards there are on the market today.

I have this motherboard and installed 4 Corsair ddr5 5600mhz ram sticks.
It can only handle 4800mhz clock speed.
Is this because the CPU is unable to handle that clock speed, not the MB?
Any tutorial for best config bios for this MB ?

Creator PCIe slots Question.
So will this board support more than one graphics card?
I have two 2070 Supers that I would like to salvage from my old build and I hear that these cards don't use the full potential of PCIe 4 and above anyway and with no performance difference between x16 and x4.
Will I be able to plug them both in successfully into this board?

In my opinion PCIe 5 is nothing but a marketing thing.
The standard which we will really discover in terms of performance gain is the PCIe 4 standard.
This is the first year (and first chipsets ) we see which offer a broader PCIe 4.0 support and that will change a lot of things both in terms of storage accessibility and new gen GPU performances :)

Can you help me please? Wien I put 2 ram Im getting Blue screen while starting games, when I remove 1 RAM its working Fine. RAM is Kingston Fury DDR 5 32GB 2x16GB 5200
Hello!, so my friend has this motherboard and enabled XMP to make his ram run in the right speeds. When he did this it didnt boot it just went to a black screen, so he cleared the cmos by putting a screwdriver between the jumpers, Now his pc isnt starting at all, is the motherboard dead or is there anything he can do ?

will this board support 13th gen (is it adequate for 13700k?) I know Z690 supports Raptor lake but on their official page, they did not update with the backing of the 13th gen!
If its a z690 powered board you'll need to update your bios but YES it will support any raptor lake CPUs on the market

I realize you are in Z690 heaven lately, but I'd really love it if you would do a full review and comparison vid on the X570 CH VIII EXTREME vs Gigabyte and MSI's versions of their EXTREME boards, and how well that mobo did with fully loaded and pushed to extreme's. X570 will be around MUCH LONGER than most people believed it would, and there are some surprises still to come for this platform. Mark that down.

I have the aero g ddr5, can i ran kingston 6000mhz on it? Cause i read some say that it does noy read that speed and will probably not gonna open the pc :/
I should work . The aero G is graded for 6ghz ram .

Are the VRMs on this mobo better than the Z690 Aorus Pro mobo? Which one should I get for my i7 12700k?
The Aorus Pro is a little stronger VRM wise. But both can handle the 12700k beyond its limits

Not such good news with my Aero B650 G and 7950X which is not stable if using any form of PBO tuning, such as setting the curve optimizer. This may be a bug in the BIOS as I am able to push to -30 on all cores with Ryzen Master but I cannot boot after making those settings. Or maybe I just have a lemon.
Is that mean that I cant play 4k with 144fps?😢
I got one.. Sitting on my table not being able to POST. All I get is a dram light on.. Tried with a new set of ddr5 sticks, problem persists.. God damn computers..
paradoxically, the memory led usually points at a problem with the CPU being either damaged, or the mobo socket (usually), or the CPU being pressed too hard against the CPU socket (lose the screws of your all-in-one cooler). Also, can you clarify where you placed ur ram stick (A1, A2, B1 , B2).

The ram sticks are in A2 and B2 slots.
I think I managed to update bios with q-flash last night, I took out everything from the mobo and it did seem to do something for about 10minutes. Then I installed everything back and still got Black screen and dram light on.
Can you do more itx boards.
I can but on the z790 and x670 series coming next week :)

Gigabyte are awesome boards but if you want RGB, best go to pretty well any other vender; even GamersNexus recently called out Gigabyte for their broken RGB software.
