    I raised new ticket this time they are saying your return claim ratio is high so we cannot process this claim. This is the first time I raising ticket for claiming how they are telling my claim ratio is high I don’t know why then I asked what is my claim ratio means again they copy and paste from previous post, today 14.10.2022 I have received 6 DTO customer return pack from customer, out of 6, 5 was dirty stinking used dress today I lost Rs. 2500/- for one day, we are not millionaires we are doing this business for family situation why Meesho and couriers partner are playing our seller’s life, me doing this business in small room and i have children, I am afraid to open this package in front of my children because of bad smell. It’s hard to say that situation.

    I am also very frustrated because I have started selling on meesho and suddenly meesho bans my product without giving any reason.
    And said we are working with that
    Their pickup system are also very bad.
    Sometimes pickup boy come sometime not.

      @@MeeshoSupplierHub your pickup boy decide himself that aapke area ka order kam hai so I will collect tomorrow.
      What about the delay.
      And we can't do any instead of raising ticket,and it affects our ratings.

    I am facing lot of issues some of mentioned here 1. Increasing weight for extra courier charge ( for example kids t shirts weight maximum 200 grams without my knowledge they are changed to 504 grams and they are charging return penalty of Rs. 146/-) in kids t shirt we have low margin but return penalty is more than our margin 2. Fake customer and fake account fake customer ordered high value product and returning worst product.(delivery person not checking return product) 3.courier returns (RTO) this order was cancelled before reaching the customer hands, delivery person returned after 20 days when I received the product opened that package product was changed its shows clearly some employees in couriers stealing product. Courier person delivered intact package only but the package is not mine he just taken my bill and kept in another package and delivered to me. Deliver person or person in yard only changed bill and kept in my package, I am surely saying this theft done by Deliver person or person in yard. I raised ticket no questions from customer support. 4. Customer cancelling their order for longer days to deliver the product. 5. Returns RTO or DTO it takes 15 to 20 days deliver return to seller 6. It’s hard to track our products in meesho. There are many more issues. This my experience only. If anyone has good experience with them go ahead enjoy. All the best….

    Meesho if you want to grow just apply commission on our products we r ok with it.but if you are doing unethical things like fake weight, overpriced courier charges, reverse charges things won't be good if you want to see your company shutting down before your eyes continue doing these cheap tricks.hope you understand

    Hai rang price product par scam kar te he or meshoo cleam vi nahe data or nahe pase Flipkart or Amazon par seling karo Baha acha profile hota ha Mane meshoo par par ahbe tak 80 hajar ka los hua ga
    Or meshoo na muje scam bale product par nahe koi cleam diya ha ga

    Meesho is not suitable for costly products as there are many fake customers who orders them and return some low quality used products. Many suppliers are suffering. And many of them are unaware that they are incurring losses. Many suppliers even don't know where they are being changed.

    how you deal with fake addresses...Partly I sell comes back to me as Courier return because of the NO address verification. & people can easily fake as COD availability. This is very important that while anyone login into Meesho you do their KYC or address verification. this will save a lot of energies of people at every level.

    Aapke delivery boy seller ka parcel RTO ya customer ko other seller ke number per OTP send Karke deliver kar dete Hain is Karan mujhe bahut loss ho raha hai aur market place POD Nahin Deti Hai I am very disappoint this market place

    Mr. Banarasi trendz ! Banaras me 350 ki silk saree and under 300 suit and kurti nahi milti. And second thing is kurti fabric and dress material ka size sabka alag alag hota hai....which is comes in meter size variation, not in L, XL, XxL variation. Your wife also but fabric and cloth by meter, not in l, xl size. So don't make fool to sellers. Customer always return if they don't get exact size.

    Inke dugle pan ke bare me suno vaiyo ...mere account main mere dost ke product upload kiye the jo 1 mnth se upar rakha tha....lekin sale 5 se 10 ke under tha....lekin mere dost ne jab naya account banake wahi same product upload kiye to ek Hapte ke undar uska sale 70/D ke upar chala gaya wo vi unke diye hoye free ads run na karke....ya sale apne man ke hisab se Visibility dete hain jitne vi tum ads run karlo kuch nehi hoga
