This is the first time I raising ticket for claiming how they are telling my claim ratio is high I don’t know why then I asked what is my claim ratio means again they copy and paste from previous post, today 14.10.2022 I have received 6 DTO customer return pack from customer, out of 6, 5 was dirty stinking used dress today I lost Rs. 2500/- for one day, we are not millionaires we are doing this business for family situation why Meesho and couriers partner are playing our seller’s life, me doing this business in small room and i have children, I am afraid to open this package in front of my children because of bad smell. It’s hard to say that situation.

Increasing weight for extra courier charge ( for example kids t shirts weight maximum 200 grams without my knowledge they are changed to 504 grams and they are charging return penalty of Rs. 146/-) in kids t shirt we have low margin but return penalty is more than our margin 2. Fake customer and fake account fake customer ordered high value product and returning worst product.(delivery person not checking return product) 3.courier returns (RTO) this order was cancelled before reaching the customer hands, delivery person returned after 20 days when I received the product opened that package product was changed its shows clearly some employees in couriers stealing product. Courier person delivered intact package only but the package is not mine he just taken my bill and kept in another package and delivered to me. Deliver person or person in yard only changed bill and kept in my package, I am surely saying this theft done by Deliver person or person in yard. I raised ticket no questions from customer support. 4. Customer cancelling their order for longer days to deliver the product. 5. Returns RTO or DTO it takes 15 to 20 days deliver return to seller 6. It’s hard to track our products in meesho. There are many more issues. This my experience only. If anyone has good experience with them go ahead enjoy. All the best….
Meesho if you want to grow just apply commission on our products we r ok with it.but if you are doing unethical things like fake weight, overpriced courier charges, reverse charges things won't be good if you want to see your company shutting down before your eyes continue doing these cheap tricks.hope you understand

how you deal with fake addresses...Partly I sell comes back to me as Courier return because of the NO address verification. & people can easily fake as COD availability. Courier person delivered intact package only but the package is not mine he just taken my bill and kept in another package and delivered to me. Deliver person or person in yard only changed bill and kept in my package, I am surely saying this theft done by Deliver person or person in yard. I raised ticket no questions from customer support. 4. Customer cancelling their order for longer days to deliver the product. 5. Returns RTO or DTO it takes 15 to 20 days deliver return to seller 6. It’s hard to track our products in meesho. There are many more issues. This my experience only. If anyone has good experience with them go ahead enjoy. All the best….
same here sir i am facing the same issue product are less than 200 gram they have charged 146 rupees now they have stop taking return claim the reason is I have high number of return claim support people are very rude.
