First thing Mr. Dilliwala I should update you is that there is no account Manager for me atleast, second thing seller support and policies for seller is very week on Meesho. Thirdly, one of my customer is entertaining himself by ordering my whole inventory and return it without any reason.... Do you have any idea, being a startup, being a single handed, being a mother of 2, being a Home maker as well How difficult is to pack items at Wholesale level in single night and Meesho can't even give me choice to block the customer infect if I would not deliver then they can deactivate my account....how reasonable is that????

@Alka ma'am, you are absolutely right. Their vendor support is worst. To my shock, account manager is given to people who are already established. Despite of requesting them time and again, they are not ready to give a account manager. Vendor support just wants to close tickets at the earliest without giving any solution. They are busy copy pasting their responses. I wish we had the same kinda job where I could secure the salary without my performance monitoring. I've started doubting if this company is really being run by an IITian. They aren't even able to copy and incorporate good things from site like Shopee. It was such a wonderful site and it's vendor support was also flawless. I didn't even had to raise a ticket there. I wish Shopee comes back...Amen
I am selling on meesho since last 9 months. Last month they assigned me an accounts manager free of cost. Initially I was very happy with their generosity but later I relised their accounts manager is no more than toothless dog. Accounts manager can bark but not bite. Their power is only limited to escalating a matter and raising a ticket on your behalf. They cant take any action on their own. I had put around 15 issues to the notice of my accounts manager since last one month, but no resolution was provided even on a single issue till date.

The fact is after COVID 19 lockdown most of the people lost their jobs and entered into e-commerce as Sellers, which is increasing exponentially everyday. Even the Manufacturers, Wholesalers are directly listing their Products on online Marketplaces which was not the case before COVID 19. This has broken the supply chain of B2B which makes Wholesalers and Retailers left with no/less margin. Hii i am supplier in meesho and my RTO is 35 % its too high plz solve this issue and my product quality is good (customer return is only 3 %) but RTO Percentage is too high plz solve my problem check order genuinelity and also improve delivery service (i think now meesho needs to start meesho's own logistic company)

Almost 70% of Tickets those are raised by Sellers, the Support Team does not even read the description, simply copy paste the same template in every ticket resolution for which they have been trained for, and close it. After 2 re-opens, there is no option to re-open the Ticket, so they have to raise new ticket again for the same issue, and the iteration continues. Undoubtedly Meesho has improved a lot of features and functionalities over last 4-6 months. But, please improve your Support services and train them properly.

Do not opt for 2 price. It's a trap. I was trapped too but lately got rid of this option from my account after suffering losses on orders. Using this option, customer places return request outside the return window of 7 days and claims to have received damaged/defective/wrong items. Worst is that non of your claims related to '2 prices returns' will be approved. They will only favour customer's stand and will reject your claim back to back. In short 2 pricing is beneficial to Meesho itself and not suppliers.

As a customer n reseller I would say that as long as seller sell good quality product i feel u will not be at lost .I am a regular customer n reseller of meesho n I hv not return any product but that does not mean i did not get bad product.i got once very poor quality tiffin product n was so upset ,now i always check the ratings n then only order product .so I request all the sellers to sell only good quality product coz if u gv bad quality product customer will never buy again n word of mouth marketing helps a lot .it will ruin your business or raise your business .i feel its not meesho its u suppliers selling cheap ,bad quality n expecting customer to keep it . for resellers also its a problem when u show something on the picture n send something different as not mention in the description of the product .

RTO is high...Customer returned used and altered apparel. We didn't receive any refund inspite of sharing all relevant proof. No Seller support contact number which is a drawback.

At Meesho we provide our suppliers with the opportunity to promote their products through Paid Advertisements. The charges for the paid ads are deducted directly from suppliers' payments along with GST at 18%. We recover our paid advertisement charges every alternate Tuesday based on the daily usage.

Status of your successfully delivered order is kept as "shipped" And thus they don't pay. You run 400₹ advertisment per day, but they will deduct 700 & 800 per day for advertisement. Penalties and recovery are charged fraudulently over and above what actually should be, and no one will explain you the reason for such penalties.

First thing Mr. Dilliwala I should update you is that there is no account Manager for me atleast, second thing seller support and policies for seller is very week on Meesho. Thirdly, one of my customer is entertaining himself by ordering my whole inventory and return it without any reason.... Do you have any idea, being a startup, being a single handed, being a mother of 2, being a Home maker as well How difficult is to pack items at Wholesale level in single night and Meesho can't even give me choice to block the customer infect if I would not deliver then they can deactivate my account....how reasonable is that????

@Alka ma'am, you are absolutely right. Their vendor support is worst. To my shock, account manager is given to people who are already established. Despite of requesting them time and again, they are not ready to give a account manager. Vendor support just wants to close tickets at the earliest without giving any solution. They are busy copy pasting their responses. I wish we had the same kinda job where I could secure the salary without my performance monitoring. I've started doubting if this company is really being run by an IITian. They aren't even able to copy and incorporate good things from site like Shopee. It was such a wonderful site and it's vendor support was also flawless. I didn't even had to raise a ticket there. I wish Shopee comes back...Amen
I am selling on meesho since last 9 months. Last month they assigned me an accounts manager free of cost. Initially I was very happy with their generosity but later I relised their accounts manager is no more than toothless dog. Accounts manager can bark but not bite. Their power is only limited to escalating a matter and raising a ticket on your behalf. They cant take any action on their own. I had put around 15 issues to the notice of my accounts manager since last one month, but no resolution was provided even on a single issue till date.
I'm not going anywhere, if you want to grow with suppliers then you had to come to each one of us otherwise you also will become history

I raised a ticket for the wrong return and submitted all the proofs and detailed information, but the Meesho support team rejected with "inaccuracies". I raised a ticket again, but they provided me with the same reason, then I asked them to call me, they closed the ticket with the reason "we tried to call you but the call was not connected". @@MeeshoSupplierHub Dear Meesho Team, please don't copy paste the same comments for everyone's concerns. The same thing happens on Meesho Support section as well. Almost 70% of Tickets those are raised by Sellers, the Support Team does not even read the description, simply copy paste the same template in every ticket resolution for which they have been trained for, and close it. After 2 re-opens, there is no option to re-open the Ticket, so they have to raise new ticket again for the same issue, and the iteration continues.
Undoubtedly Meesho has improved a lot of features and functionalities over last 4-6 months. But, please improve your Support services and train them properly.

I am very suppressed due to this and also I have given so much of discounts and thus not getting that much of orders. I don't know why my visibility is so low these days. Do not opt for 2 price. It's a trap. I was trapped too but lately got rid of this option from my account after suffering losses on orders. Using this option, customer places return request outside the return window of 7 days and claims to have received damaged/defective/wrong items. Worst is that non of your claims related to '2 prices returns' will be approved. They will only favour customer's stand and will reject your claim back to back. In short 2 pricing is beneficial to Meesho itself and not suppliers.

And they support system, world's most useless support system. They have pet line which they put on every ticket - WE TRIED CALLING TO YOU BUT WERE NOT REACHABLE without trying and when you will reply them with harsh words then there call will connect. Recently, they put my catalogs under zero visiblilty because they catalog has more RTOs. Are RTOs are in my hand ??? Do I control them??? Do you control them ??? Do Meesho control them???

As a customer n reseller I would say that as long as seller sell good quality product i feel u will not be at lost .I am a regular customer n reseller of meesho n I hv not return any product but that does not mean i did not get bad product.i got once very poor quality tiffin product n was so upset ,now i always check the ratings n then only order product .so I request all the sellers to sell only good quality product coz if u gv bad quality product customer will never buy again n word of mouth marketing helps a lot .it will ruin your business or raise your business .i feel its not meesho its u suppliers selling cheap ,bad quality n expecting customer to keep it . for resellers also its a problem when u show something on the picture n send something different as not mention in the description of the product .
