    payment issue raised all time . after selling order only app shows due date within 3 month I have received 4 orders but only 1 payment received other 3 payment are pending. Please show reason .

    Hello Sir. I started selling meesho. And i got orders within a week. But my experience was so bad from meesho. Delivery partner didnot pickup my order even after more than 7days passed. And my orders gone cancelled. I raised tickets many times but got no resolution. So i decided to nill all stock.

    More than 16 product blocked for other reason I also share in voice copy I race so many ticket , too many mails to brand support team but no action done and my product are blocked since long time

      Same here since last 1 months products are blocked even after Sharing all the documents
      10 days before received mail that within 2 days your inventory will be unlock but still nothing happened
      They are not even replying on mails too

    Please strengthen your seller support team , they doesn't have capability to resolve the issues...due to their inability they are encouraging fradulants..because if somebody does trail of malpractice like wrong return , used material return etc.,meesho don't penalize them..instead meesho rejecting complaints and penalizing the sellers in the name of support charges and courier charges..

    Sir I am working with meesho last 4 yers but facing very bad experience now. Because no value for suppliers . Aise samjhna bhot easy hai but supplier face karta hai har difficulties . I dispatched 600-700 orders per day but koi value nhi hai account ko dumb kar dia hai visibility zero kar di .. meri rating 4+ hai from starting but jo supplier 3.4 3.5 rating wale hai unko value di ja rhi hai full visibility ke sath . No support from meesho supplier support or any response from employees . Flipkart ki tarha hona chahiye bronze silver gold . Jab se meesho start huyi hai hum jaise sellers ne hardwork kia hai but zero value hai achhi sale dene ke baad b

    Isme humne 281rs meesho ki price rakhi hai or GST 18% or meesho ship fee 108rs total 389rs ab humko bank settlement 274 receive ho Raha hai ab humko GST portal Per 274rs mein se GST alag nikal kr pay karna hoga kya sir yeh samjhaiye kyonki GST 50.58rs hoga toh humko profit toh bahut Kam hoga 223rs milega agar product humne 200rs me kharida hoga or packaging ki lagat toh profit toh bahut Kam hoga sir agar 18% GST meesho per dekhate hai toh meesho customer se GST leke humare GST portal Per adjust karega toh humko profit hoga yeh samjhaiye sir help

    Maine Job ke sath sath side by side meeshu par selling ki h 3 months me 2 order aye 1 wrong return aa gaya claim dala 7 days baad reject ho gya product cost bhi gayi or shipping charges bhi lag gaye 125 profit ki jagha lose ho gya meeshu team se pucha unhe pata nahi backend valo ne kyu reject kiya.

    meesho is good source of income.But i am unhappy this panel.Because there is many customer returns.there were many fake customer.And the customer sent other seller product as a return.

      S . Last month one lady order 2 sarees. After she received the order she return 1 saree. But i open the return iam shocked. She return damaged musquita net. 2000 worth saree she stole. What can i do. Immediately iam raise the ticket. Meesho settle 1734 rs to me. This is a loss for meesho. So meesho advised courier partener before take the return they checked the pdt.ths is my suggestion

      Same here sir not this much but yes orders are down by 25 percentage minimum with mostly all sellers who ships orders in this range 80-100 per day
      new sellers are getting orders extra in the place of existing sellers
      They will force to run ads, force to run heavy discounts... unfortunately ads is the only solution..

    Mere 3 RTO order gayab hai 4 bhi delivered show kar raha hai mai bahut baar ticket raise kar chuki hu par wo pahle bolte h 1-2 din ruk jayiye mil jayega par kuch bhi ni hota. Aise karke mere 4 packet gayab h ko sunwai ni hai.

    I am a seller on meesho and I feel you should take half money from customer if they are returning the product but you don't take a single penny from customer and all money is beared by seller. And the product which is returned by the customer should come in transparent polythene .

    Meesho has a new scheme now to loot seller,
    They will put your best selling products out of stock or blocked for no reason every alternative week. If you run ads on that catalogue only then it will show in stock. So the seller thinks that ads are giving him more orders.

    Meesho should fulfill its 7 day payment cycle promise. Some of my orders are delivered one month ago but still the payment is not credited.In this video 3:40 it is complete wrong that meesho provide payment in 7 days after delivery. Sometimes it get stuck too and you can't get it that then. I have raised more than 10 tickets to get that payment but no positive response. Meesho support team behaves like an illeterate .

But now a days you guys say that 'the ratio of claims raised by you against your returns has been significantly higher than our overall platform levels. Due to this, we would not be able to process the claim against this order.     The support team is only for customers not for sellers. If the customer returns the product and he changes the product or replaces your product with the original one, they will refund the customer without asking anything. When you claim for a wrong return they always deny. What it means is that the customer is a god and the seller is a fool. Sellers will always be at a loss..

      मीशों, सेलर को लेकर जरा सा भी इंप्रूवमेंट नही कर रहा हैं, करियर बॉय ने इतना ज्यादा नुकसान किया हैं हमारा जिसकी कोई हद नही, मैने मीशों में जनवरी से 70,000 रुपए से काम स्टार्ट किया था, करियर बॉय पैकेट में से प्रोडक्ट निकाल लेते हैं या दूसरा चीप प्रोडक्ट डालकर हमे दे जाते हैं और फिर मीशाे, हमे उनका क्लेम देने से मना कर देते हैं कि आपकी पैकिंग में सुधार करो। परेशान हो गया हु, कि अब क्या करू, मेरे पास 70,000 से 6 महीने में सिर्फ 30,000 रुपए ही रह गए हैं, और मीशो प्रचार कर रहा हैं कि सेलर ग्रो कर रहा हैं, कोई एक सेलर बता दो जो ग्रो कर रहा हैं।और सबकी एक ही समस्या हैं कि कुरियर बॉय और ग्राहक सेलर के साथ फ्रॉड कर रहे हैं।तो उसका समाधान क्यों नही करते हो ।😡😡

    My products are blocked due to unidentified reason. I asked help from seller support, they replied me that you can't sell aleopathic and homeopathic medicine on our platform. But my products are multivitamin and food supplements. Meesho Seller support is so much uneducated that even if they can't differentiate between homeopathic and multivitamin. I also shared brand Authorization letter, till now my catalogs are not live. Very much poor service.

    There are lot of issues as they create wrong return and mentioned in remarks like missing qty, I don't like product etc then make money in form of return shipping fees from seller as We also raised ticket but no solutions.
    They also validate from courier partner but not resolved yet.
    Even RTO products also coming with wrong item where meesho and courier partner are involved but seller can not do anything bcoz they don't have any customer support contact no. As they know that they are doing unethical activities on ground.

    @Meesho, I am watching a lots of nagetive comments and reviews that are not in your favour, I was planning and trying to do a proper research before creating a seller account on meesho , then I found this video and read so many nagetive comments, I genuinely feel that an organisation need money to survive but you can do this by running ads for sellers, but all of this frauds are not necessary at all, I hope Meesho team will understand, they are intelligent enough to fix these problem, So many people are looking for some serious action so it will be a good decision to take some strict steps to stop making frauds both from the side of buyer and seller.

    Meesho mein jo bhi seller abhi bhi sell kar rahe hai, please woh apne payments mein dekhe... kya unke bhi product price recovery bolke amount deduct huye hai? Meesho support par jab pucha toh woh bol rahe ki technical glitch ke karan pehle deduct nahi huye the isliye abh kar rahe. Jab details maangi ki kaun se order ya kya charges hai, support wale kuch bata hi nahi paa rahe hai... Sellers please see.

      From this very day we have stopped accepting orders On Meesho. Meesho is fraud company, they take sellers and seller's money for granted. Meesho do not accept false Courier Return, and even after you have all unpacking video as per guidelines-less then half of Customer return/damage/missing return Claim will get approved. New Sellers Please Do not join Meesho.

    No seller support is working Any ticket. Claim ticket crossed theire time line but still no one work on ticket.
    In every good selling products showing wrong rating in meesho app but in inventory tab showing right rating. WHAT IS THE POINT TO SHOW WRONG RATING TO CUSTOMER I DON'T GET.
    raised so many tickets but no one working ticket.
    I always feel meesho support team just sit for trouble to seller.
    Meesho owner should look on this else issues and need to work on this else meesho will be going to vanish one day

      Thats means customer are not able to see positive rating so my sell are very low
      After that whichever i raised ticket for compensation 7 days tat crossed but supplier not respond yet.
      Wrong shipping charges are deducted but no resolution received.
      That's means it's every case my business hampered.
      Now you tell me what should I do.
      Should I close my account or what

The charges for the paid ads are deducted directly from suppliers' payments along with GST at 18%. We recover our paid advertisement charges every alternate Tuesday based on the daily usage.

    Sir Mai ek new meesho seller hu maine product list kiya to maine ek option me dekha ki mujhe gst kat kar mere account me paise aayenge jaise mane 159rs ka product list Kiya or Maine dekha ki mujhe 132rs milega to mujhe alag se gst bharna hoga reply Dijye ga sir

      At Meesho we provide our suppliers with the opportunity to promote their products through Paid Advertisements. The charges for the paid ads are deducted directly from suppliers' payments along with GST at 18%. We recover our paid advertisement charges every alternate Tuesday based on the daily usage.

    Good Morning
    Sir mujhe mere meesho account me 2 problems aa Rahi hain.
    1. Catalog Upload button not working.
    2. Inventory edit button not showing.
    Sir iske regarding mene meesho support se baat bhi ki lekin koi solution nahi Mila, ticket raise or mail bhi Kiya but 10 days koi solution nahi mil raha..
    Inventory me mandatory bulk upload bhi kar diya hai.

    Price recommendations karne se sellers ka free delivery hota he customer k pas se meshoo delivery charges leta he or price recommendations kar ne se profile kus basta nahi he or oder abhi Gaya to return hota he returns me ap ka peyment - hota he

    I didn't receive any customer return packets by delhivery logistic partner. The delivery boys keeps all the packets and tells that they delivered the return packet through OTP. We didn't received or shared any OTPs.

    Brother iam seller on meesho i have more than 70 catalogues but only 10 shows in stock i raised ticket many times 1 full month customer support cant solver my problem every time they closed the ticket without solving my problem anybody idea about how to get back my all catalogues live please help thank you
