Hello Sir. I started selling meesho. And i got orders within a week. But my experience was so bad from meesho. Delivery partner didnot pickup my order even after more than 7days passed. And my orders gone cancelled. I raised tickets many times but got no resolution. So i decided to nill all stock.

Please strengthen your seller support team , they doesn't have capability to resolve the issues...due to their inability they are encouraging fradulants..because if somebody does trail of malpractice like wrong return , used material return etc.,meesho don't penalize them..instead meesho rejecting complaints and penalizing the sellers in the name of support charges and courier charges..

Meesho should fulfill its 7 day payment cycle promise. Some of my orders are delivered one month ago but still the payment is not credited.In this video 3:40 it is complete wrong that meesho provide payment in 7 days after delivery. Sometimes it get stuck too and you can't get it that then. I have raised more than 10 tickets to get that payment but no positive response. Meesho support team behaves like an illeterate .

If the customer returns the product and he changes the product or replaces your product with the original one, they will refund the customer without asking anything. When you claim for a wrong return they always deny. What it means is that the customer is a god and the seller is a fool. Sellers will always be at a loss..

My products are blocked due to unidentified reason. I asked help from seller support, they replied me that you can't sell aleopathic and homeopathic medicine on our platform. But my products are multivitamin and food supplements. Meesho Seller support is so much uneducated that even if they can't differentiate between homeopathic and multivitamin. I also shared brand Authorization letter, till now my catalogs are not live. Very much poor service.

There are lot of issues as they create wrong return and mentioned in remarks like missing qty, I don't like product etc then make money in form of return shipping fees from seller as We also raised ticket but no solutions. They also validate from courier partner but not resolved yet. Even RTO products also coming with wrong item where meesho and courier partner are involved but seller can not do anything bcoz they don't have any customer support contact no. As they know that they are doing unethical activities on ground.

They will put your best selling products out of stock or blocked for no reason every alternative week. If you run ads on that catalogue only then it will show in stock. So the seller thinks that ads are giving him more orders.

Meesho should fulfill its 7 day payment cycle promise. Some of my orders are delivered one month ago but still the payment is not credited.In this video 3:40 it is complete wrong that meesho provide payment in 7 days after delivery. Sometimes it get stuck too and you can't get it that then. I have raised more than 10 tickets to get that payment but no positive response. Meesho support team behaves like an illeterate .

If the customer returns the product and he changes the product or replaces your product with the original one, they will refund the customer without asking anything. When you claim for a wrong return they always deny. What it means is that the customer is a god and the seller is a fool. Sellers will always be at a loss..

There are lot of issues as they create wrong return and mentioned in remarks like missing qty, I don't like product etc then make money in form of return shipping fees from seller as We also raised ticket but no solutions.
They also validate from courier partner but not resolved yet.
Even RTO products also coming with wrong item where meesho and courier partner are involved but seller can not do anything bcoz they don't have any customer support contact no. As they know that they are doing unethical activities on ground.

@Meesho, I am watching a lots of nagetive comments and reviews that are not in your favour, I was planning and trying to do a proper research before creating a seller account on meesho , then I found this video and read so many nagetive comments, I genuinely feel that an organisation need money to survive but you can do this by running ads for sellers, but all of this frauds are not necessary at all, I hope Meesho team will understand, they are intelligent enough to fix these problem, So many people are looking for some serious action so it will be a good decision to take some strict steps to stop making frauds both from the side of buyer and seller.

Meesho mein jo bhi seller abhi bhi sell kar rahe hai, please woh apne payments mein dekhe... kya unke bhi product price recovery bolke amount deduct huye hai? Meesho support par jab pucha toh woh bol rahe ki technical glitch ke karan pehle deduct nahi huye the isliye abh kar rahe. Jab details maangi ki kaun se order ya kya charges hai, support wale kuch bata hi nahi paa rahe hai... Sellers please see.

From this very day we have stopped accepting orders On Meesho. Meesho is fraud company, they take sellers and seller's money for granted. Meesho do not accept false Courier Return, and even after you have all unpacking video as per guidelines-less then half of Customer return/damage/missing return Claim will get approved. New Sellers Please Do not join Meesho.

Courier partners do fraud with packets.
No seller support is working Any ticket. Claim ticket crossed theire time line but still no one work on ticket.

Thats means customer are not able to see positive rating so my sell are very low
After that whichever i raised ticket for compensation 7 days tat crossed but supplier not respond yet.
Wrong shipping charges are deducted but no resolution received.
That's means it's every case my business hampered.

1. Catalog Upload button not working.
2. Inventory edit button not showing.
Sir iske regarding mene meesho support se baat bhi ki lekin koi solution nahi Mila, ticket raise or mail bhi Kiya but 10 days koi solution nahi mil raha..
Inventory me mandatory bulk upload bhi kar diya hai.

I didn't receive any customer return packets by delhivery logistic partner. The delivery boys keeps all the packets and tells that they delivered the return packet through OTP. We didn't received or shared any OTPs.
