The most profound observation of the "Life Fact" of "You can't be the Top Dog forever" is in the Bible in the Old Testament book of Ecclesiastes. Especially Chapter 1 and Chapter 3. I've never read anything else that sums up reality better than Ecclesiastes. And I'm an Agnostic, no religious view to push at all.

    The barren waste
    Without the taste of water
    Cool water
    Old Dan and i
    With throats burned dry
And souls that cry for water
    Cool clear water
Dan, can you see that big green tree
    Where the water's running free
And it's waiting there for you and me
    The night's so cool
    And I'm a fool
Each star's a pool of water
    Cool water
    But with the dawn
I wake and yawn and carry on
    Cool water(water)
    Cool clear water(water, water)
    Keep on moving, Dan
Don't you listen to him, Dan
    He's a devil oughta man
And he spreads the burning sand
    With water(water)
Dan, can you see that big green tree

Knowing them, they can EASILY create a backstory and a mythology for Buster that would suit a proper film.

His Unequivocaly voluptuous vocubaluary and those vivacious vocals are just too good to let sit and rot in a single 10 minute segment of a criminally underrated collection of Brothers Grimm-style Western stories. The price of creating such a charismatic persona. We have someone who is allegedly legendary for his six-gun slinging and his somatic articulations across the land. All day I've faced the barren waste
With out the taste of water... cool, water.
Ole Dan and I, with throats burned dry,
    and souls that cry
    for water... cool, clear water.
The nights are cool and I'm a fool.
Each star's a pool of water... cool, clear water.
And with the dawn I'll wake and yawn
    and carry on
    to water... cool, clear water.
The shadows sway and seem to say
Tonight we pray for water.... cool, clear water
And way up there He'll hear our prayer
    and show us where
    there's water... cool, clear water.
Keep a-movin' Dan. Don't you listen to him Dan.
He's the devil, not a man.
He spreads the burnin' sand with water.
Say Dan can't you see that big green tree,
    where the water's runnin' free.
It's waiting there for you and me
    and water.... cool, clear water.
Dan's feet are sore he's yearnin' for
Just one thing more than water.... cool, clear water.
Like me I guess he'd like to rest
    where there's no quest
    for water... cool, clear water.
