I like how they timed the gunshot with the snare lmao
Hit slaps so hard. A lot like the gunshot.
This album story from start to finish is probably one of the best for the decade, hands down. It's a deep, deep emotional roller coaster. Phil is phenomenal with his vocals. Hickory creek is a MUST.
This music video is the best music video of all time. There’s an element of realism to the designs and direction that could never have come from a blank imagination. Only a real experience of some kind could have created this masterpiece.
Do Hickory Creek. I'm fairly sure they used the same actress to represent his mother in that video too...
Also, this was my #2 record in 2019 too. Macro was my favourite.
that women appears also in a As lay i Dying video
Definitely some more Whitechapel, Also maybe if Chels hasn't been introduced already to Suicide Silence w/ Mitch Lucker as vocalist might be a good choice
The Valley is without a doubt Whitechapel's personal masterpiece in my opinion. Watch Phils interviews and stuff he gets pretty deep with the details behind the album and how it includes alot of his moms journal and stuff
This video is so good; but at the same time so hard for me to watch without me tearing up. (To some degree) I can relate to what Phil has gone through with his mom. And it's a hell that I would never wish on my worst enemy.
Y'all need to listen to Brimstone by these guys, easily one of my favorites
That clean vocal part sounded a lot like Maynard James Keenan from Tool! Loved it, can't believe I hadn't heard this song before. I've seen Whitechapel live twice but haven't heard much of their newer music after 2012 or so.
Everyone always focuses on the multiple personalities and the journal entries where her handwriting changes. No one ever mentions the lines about Phil’s dad dying and how that led to things getting to this point. He was basically her sanctuary that helped keep her demons in control but without him they took over. There’s no where left to run, there’s nowhere left for me to be without you by my side. How could the world take you from me
Seen somewhere the demon resembles her late husband (Phil’s father) and that’s what pushes her deeper into her despair.
"Bring Me Home" is an amazing song as well, just be ready for the feels.
4:25 my reaction first time hearing his cleans haha
This song rocks! The whole album is amazing!
The way his voice trails off when he sings reminds me a lot of Courtney from Spiritbox, the way she sings.
Outstanding album! Definitely do Hickory Creek and The Elitist ones.
A great album for sure. Great work
The cleans were actually from the journal
Suicide Silence feat Phil Bozeman - Unanswered. Whitechapel - Third Depth
F*cking Valley bro, what an album!
"Mental Cruelty - Ultima Hypocrita" is a must.🖤
This is an excellent album !
You have to check Hickory Creek too ! So beautiful (and hard...) song
Amazing song! You guys do the best songs!! \m/
Chels wasn’t only one digging this song cause so was I it’s good can’t believe I never heard of this before and WhiteChapel one of my favorite metal bands ever
Fuck yeah! The Valley fucking rocks!!!!
i can't wait for brimstone. but you need to show her let me burn by whitechapel. she'll really need the safety blanket then lol
Love this song, Phil is awesome nice reaction
Great reaction to a great song, The Saw is the Law would be fun to show her!
You two still need to check out Cattle Decapitation - Clandestine Ways... It will blow your minds.
Whole album is great!
Third depth I think she would like too
I strongly second showing her Hickory Creek
HICKORY CREEK RIGHT NOW 😤😤😤😤
Hamferd - Evst Live at Wacken. Guys voice is majestic.
React to hickory creek next by whitechapel so glad Chels likes whitechapel 🤘🏻
Saw is the Law next ? :D
Take Me home and Hickory Creek is definitely a must for Chels
We did Hickory Creek! 🙂
Hickory Creek definetly!
Tomorrow!
@@MatandChelsReact awesome ! 😊
Oh let's go. Phil is just a beast. You should do the version he did of "Unanswered" at the Mitch Lucker Memorial Show, it's nuts!
Also how about "The Saw Is The Law" for some groove or "Our Endless War" for some anti-political stuff? :D
Hi Denis. Did you design the Mat & Chels react logo? If so it looks pretty damn cool :)
@@GaryHolloway-810 Yes, I did. And thank you very much! :)
What would have been if not? Just out of curiousity. :D
@@DenisWalther It would've still looked cool but i'd have thought someone had watched your design vid and stolen your idea :)
@@GaryHolloway-810 Haha, no. I would also never say "stolen" though. Maybe "similar" but not stolen. :)
Just play Third Depth for Chels and get it over with. That was pretty much all the band members favorite track.
🤘🏻😎🤘🏻Hell yeah dude.
Ear to ear would be a good example of their old stuff, but I’d show her Hickory Creek first
Third Depth. Or The Other Side
crazy song bout phils mother , sad story indeed how his stepdad got his mother in to heroin or drugs of some sort and she became more and more metal ill . hickory creek video is great and a good song
Gonna have to give white chapel a chance. I love just how deep this song is. As I mentioned in another comment in a different video I am a"Christian" and I use that term loosely. Most bible thumpers choose to ignore anything involving the demon realm. Becouse it's "Satanic" however if you believe and have Faith in God, then you should be aware that there are demonic forces out there and demonic possession is a very real thing. To shun such an idea is simply ignorant. It's where the difference between faith and religion meet. Religion is man-made bullshit full of rules made to control people where as genuine faith is the understanding that your not perfect and that there no possible way you can't sin but Jesus paid for your sins on the cross and all you have to do is have faith. No rules are gonna save you. The ten commandments were made for you to realize that your not perfect not to control you. Now I believe everyone has there own faith and opinions Im not trying to force my faith on anyone I'm just sharing my personal beliefs.
like on the go
Check out I, Dementia. The video is amazing.
Hope you react to deathcore toty mental cruelty - ultima hypocrita .
Let me burn
