This is Phil’s evil self in the video a “demon in his head” that he fought with. The evil Phil had the same love for his parents and hatred of the step father that “normal” Phil had. So he kills his stepdad and sacrifices him to an ancient god which is seen as the eye on the valley album cover, To resurrect his mom and dad. The problem however is that his parents once they come back are hollow or shells of themselves like lifeless creatures who can’t talk and have zero consciousness.
This can definitely be tied to brimstone on the valley album where Phil kills his stepdad in his dreams.

The whole album is a direct sequel and the ending to The Valley/Kin saga. Each song tells a story in chronological order.
Phil is so phenomenal in his vocals and story. The music backs up his story in such a badassery of excellence!!! I can't wait to hear this album!!!!

Yes its a continuation of The Valley but the final in the story of Phil's childhood, he said on his Twitch recently. These last albums have been REALLY hard to listen to but HOLY SHIT, you gotta take your hat off to Phil for being so open and honest. ripping a scar open for us to see and doing it in such a anthemic, catchy, brutal way. He's a lyrical genius!
At some angles probably due to lighting he kinda resembles a demonic Dean Winchester..... With the black eyes and all.
