I just want to tell you…. I gave up painting years ago when I got pregnant. Life became busy after he was born and I never got back into it. Until 4 years later when my husband bought me acrylics, brushes, and canvas. I lacked inspiration and confidence, especially since I always used oils, and acrylics were frustrating, but with a toddler running around, I didn’t want to use oils and all it’s harmful solvents. Your videos have helped me so much since I discovered them. Your techniques and just watching you paint is very inspirational. Our styles are very similar, even though I felt like I lost mine, but it’s all coming back to me now. Thank you for creating the art that you do and sharing it with all of us.
you can buy water mixable oils now. They can also be used with acrylic paint. They are great.

@@dominusstyxyep, I got frustrated just by watching the technique and didn't get to the half of the video😅 This is an expert painting video for masters.. I guess.. For beginners are maybe the first 3 minutes😅

He has a 6hrs tutorial video, and yes, 6hrs, that’s exactly for beginners, when he’s taking extra care to explain everything in details.

Just try it. Maybe try it a few times. Take breaks, slow down and review the video. Pause the video so you can paint along with it. You can do it,

You say this is acrylic, but I'm assuming you are also using a retardant in your paints, otherwise they would dry too quickly to allow for blending. Is this true for acrylic paintings?
I started it (this will be my 2nd acryl paint)and now the bokeh in the background looks like snow :D It is not an easy picture for a beginner.

I guess the question is to know what you want get and how give the instensity of color, you paint circules that are very transparent, after put brown, yellow and go increasing the white in the circules, the similar happens in the trees, because the first if I paint that I would be thinking that is very ugly, however has an objetive. I would like the "technique" of color superposition and intensity... brushes in each time, and if you clean between color and color, etc... how you do the vegetation?

Anything mushroom related and i'll watch it. yet, i dont know why i procrastinated watching this - maybe bc i was worried i wouldnt be able to stop watching once i started. the music straight up matched the mystical, dreamy theme. and i always ask this but what's the name of the music unless this is original music in which case its all good.
