I was just talking to my husband this morning about the lack of Black artists on UA-cam, especially women. As an artist myself, I was thinking about starting a channel but it's really encouraging to find your channel! Definitely subscribing to give support and love!!
Люблю такие арты, они простые, но в то же время такие тёплые, добрые, успокаивающие, уютные. Так же люблю смотреть на процесс работы, можно многое для себя подчеркнуть и взять на заметку. Успехов!
Thank you for this video! As a perfectionist, I tend to stress over the blending and colors! I learned so many things just watching you. Please make more videos like this! Take care, and God bless!
This is so perfect with coffee and a pastry. I notice this kind of painting is so different. I just have a few primaries to mix with, and i find myself always intimidated. I never know what will look like nice lighting. I really liked your sky and background. They are colors i would not have thought to choose. I hope one day I can get a set like yours. It might help me color pick and have enough paint to mix diffferent tones nicely. Right now, I am always scared to use my paint up because it is a small amount. So when I saw your set it looked so abundant and freeing. I am only part way through this video, but I love how vibrant the mushroom cap turned out and the foliage looks autumnal. It’s also interesting how you paint different. Not in layered bug washes, but color by color. I think it ends up more vibrant and less muddy to do it your way. It’s really neat to watch.
Thank you so much! 😊 I’m glad you enjoyed the painting. Mixing with primaries can be tough, I’ve been there too but don’t be afraid to experiment. Even I really liked the colors in the scene that's why I decided to paint it just for fun also I was using a large color set for the first time which made the process even more enjoyable. I hope you get to try a bigger set soon it really helps with exploring colors. Thanks for watching and keep creating 🎨
Such a great painting session! 🎨✨ I love the Himi Jelly Gouache colors and how you simplified the image. It’s truly relaxing and inspiring. Can’t wait to paint along with you! 🍄❤🩷🌹
i was actively hunting for videos like this from people who looked like me. I skipped at first, mis-assuming. but then the artwork in thumbnail kept calling to me. I'm so glad I listened because this was such a pleasure to watch. I gasped when I saw your beautiful hands and immediately subscribed (which...is rare for me) thank you for sharing your beautiful gift! It's inspiring me to get back to practicing and building my skills!
Oooo, it's so beautiful! (I wanna squish the mushroom) One thing I would recommend is to put your palette and guache on your right side (your dominant side). This allows you to get paints without reaching over the canvas and accidentally smudging something! It's also more convenient ^^
@@joannecoulton4011 Thank you. Glad you enjoyed watching the process 😍. Well understanding the color mixing was my exact intention while trying to paint that image☺️
Omg, You are so skilled. This picture is simply fantastic and magical, what colors you choose, how easily you use them and knows exactly what and where it should be. I admire you.❤
Thank you so much for your kind words 😊 I really appreciate your support and am glad you found the painting magical. It was definitely a task to get the colors right as in the scene but I enjoyed it. Your encouragement truly inspires me to keep creating 🎨
The artist knows exactly where the colors should be and did not have to choose the colors because they are directly copying from an image. They did not choose their own colors. Just thought I should let you know since you’re under the impression they created this image from scratch. They’re not being very transparent about the fact that it’s a direct copy from a pre-existing AI "artwork" on Pinterest. They have some really nice painting skills. But no they did not draw this piece nor choose the colors that would go in it.
@@offbranddorito9668 It seems you’re not reading anything carefully. The reply I gave- “To get the colors right AS IN THE SCENE” is pretty clear. You make too many assumptions and act like you’re always right. Not sure why you’re trying to turn others against me but the issue seems to be that you’re not reading my description properly.
When i saw the thumbnail of this video i needed to click right away! And i wasn't wrong, your art is absolutely stunning! Thank you for sharing your art process!

QUESTION: I notice an image impression on page as you followed its outline with pencil... do you create these templates? Are they for sale... I would love to try and paint like you... so enchanting ❤😊
I'm so glad you asked a proper question rather than making assumptions I really really appreciate it! 😊 Actually first reason is that I first sketched on tracing paper and then transferred the impression onto the final paper because my hands were shaky that day and I didn’t want to ruin the sketchbook page. To keep it beginner friendly I share my final sketches than initial rough sketches as guides in the description so feel free to check them out. As for selling templates I’ve did think about it and I’m keeping them saved maybe one day I will😊
