Enough explanations, no music during the video, and no stupid jokes - perfect. Thank you!
Thank you😉👍
exactly. NO MUSIC IN THE VIDEO!!! the processes themselves are the most beautiful music you can find!! (and each time different)
@@fwerf5084 I particularly enjoyed the creaking sounds as the metal was squeezed in the press.
Yeah I agree. I muted the video.
Muchas gracias 🙏🏽
This guy is forklift CERTIFIED holy crap. What a magician
Absolutely agreed.
Wait, no obvious AI voice reciting a ChatGPT script? Bravo and thank you. ✊🏻🖤
thanks😉👍
I'm impressed by the forklift driver.
Man. The forklift operators need some props. Cheers to the forklift operators.
Just the first shot of seeing the torch cutting through the metal like butter is pretty amazing.
That's plasma torch. It's easy to cut any thick metal but less sophisticated than laser cutting.
This is very satisfying to watch
thanks😉
Excellent video, enjoyed it!
Very good video, Except for the forging process that brought back memories of when I was a foreman in a US factory building very large steam turbines. My job was supervising a burn out area, heat treating and eventually a large shaft machining area. I don't miss the dirt, noise heat and 12hr x 6day work weeks
I wouldn’t have stayed a day if I don’t enjoy working there. It’s not the only job that exists!

this is the best movie ive seen in a long time. Best superhero flick ever, thats for sure!
😉👍
Very skilled men 👍
Most people have no idea what goes into making anything. These videos show that you can find just about anything you want/need to know on UA-cam. Another well-done vid!
Excellent video!
Explains why they cost so much, and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere near that plasma cutter that just cut a 2 foot thick block of steel in half. Dude just grabs it with his hands
I'm a huge fan of these videos. So relaxing and perfectly edited. Nice job, mate =)
I'm an office worker so that process was fascinating and tremendously impressive. Great film technique really added to my enjoyment.
thank you😉
Your country is beautiful. 👍🏻🇺🇸
Thank you😉
Ale zniszczony przez żydowską amerykę
Whatever that forklift guy is earning, they should double it ! To all genzee's ☝🏻, look close ,this is what real, experience looks like !
Yeah
wow goood vidéos

Amazing how humans can do such things.
I had no idea a forklift could be operated as precise as that operator was doing! Whatever they are paying him it's not enough. It's as if he was using his hand to do it. Excellent video!!!
Looks like the tow-motor operator is one busy dude!
Wow beatiful vary good
😊
The video is realistic, the machines are huge
Mesmerising, with T2 flashbacks a bonus
Ended with the most interesting part
Thats is crazy how it cuts so thcik steel! Never seen this 😮
Good Job ❤

Wow, what pressure does the gas torch run at that it can cut through steel that thick in one pass??
Not much. It's the heat that does the cutting. Rapid local oxidation of the steel in the cutting path.
After it's been cleaned up I can't believe it's the same piece of steel.

I like chainsaws. And factories!
"Yeah just lift this literal fucking multitonne solid slab of steel in the most logical way possible, two points in the middle lengthwise"
Best you a million dollars the energy needed to heat that chuck of metal.. didn't come from wind and solar.
I can watch these for hours, stoned of course. 🤣
If they were making parts for an economically viable power source it would be better

Just think during the night industrial revolution and early 1900. Massive engineering projects were undertaken that developed this process,, but used steam for the power source, and manpower not forklifts

Thank you. In my opinion, videos look better with two people filming together.
What alloy steel is used for this operation?
What heat treatment was that?
Also which steel are you using?
The video is wonderful. And for those who are especially advanced, I will comment on the content as a technical editor. We do a technical analysis. Preparation - slab. Late 19th century technology. Oxygen cutting of workpieces is a technology of the mid-20th century. Forging is a late 19th century technology. A significant difference is that the workpiece is rotated by a manipulator. Three men used to do this. Turning - 19th century. Good production. Thoughtful. But with fair competition, it is very vulnerable. Nothing else can be released here. What if tomorrow someone offers their own version? Will you make blanks from a circle? And so - beautiful. Well, pure West. Complete technological crap.
👍👍
Sincere thanks for your reaction. Not expected. I repeat. Workshop work. If you add comments from a specialized specialist, it will be an excellent educational film. So what if the technology is old? So this is nonsense. These are timeless technologies, beautiful and vital. This is how we should talk about it - these are the achievements of our common civilization. For all time. And no exclusivity. This is ours. And it is! I hope something from my speech is useful to you. Good luck to the masters!
