Wouldn't it be possible to resell xp devices here in Brazil? I was wanting to partner with other brands, I just bought an Xp God II, we miss the presence of the brand here.
Unlike other companies they continue to care for the end user after purchase and continue to provide updates at a later date including stuff customers ask for or tell them about issues that need to be fixed.
I get a USB not Recognized when trying to do this. Never had issues with USB before. Can't update. On a Windows 11. Deus support is useless. Can't update with Mac or Chromebook either!
Gary I M having constant problems with the mi6 pinpointer playing up and disconnecting, sometimes constant sounds then it will be OK. Do you suggest updating the deus two remote again to cure this. Any advice will be appreciated

thanks for your earlier advise on which size coil to order I'm getting the 9" Deus 2 as I do a lot of iron infested sites your videos are very helpful and I find the xp machines to be of excellent quality with the exception of the coil charge clip which I hope they have improved
The coil charging clip has been updated a few times since it came out 11 yrs ago, thicker pins, better latching of internals and reinforcing of the 'bridge', we now see very few failures.
I get an unknown driver message on my computer when I try to update, I've updated the drivers on my computer but still get the error message. Anyone else have this problem and hopefully know the fix

Assume this is sorted now but if not and for anyone else, you have to enable the 'Update' option as for some reason it was hidden in the Menu. For the remote control you have to: Go to OPTION menu Go to SETTINGS menu Go to INFOS Press 3 seconds at the same time the three buttons (left bottom / middle top / right bottom) Then UPDATE is now available and you can use it (keep going on following the instructions on the application) For the WS6 you have to: Go to SETTINGS (press 3 sec) Go to INFOS Press 3 seconds on menu button (left bottom) Then UPDATE is now available and you can use it (keep going on following the instructions on the application)
Hello Gary, would not updating the headphones have any adverse affect on the overall performance of the Deus ll? I've done the v7 on the remote. Thanks
@@RegtonDetectors I did the newest up date to the headphones. Works good. I did the first updates on the remote only with no noticeable effects on the Ws6's. So to keep it current I did the newest one.
Need to update mine. Wouldn’t hit a button at 8 inches that the Legend was banging out. Was told by some clever guy it was because notch was on. Notch was on in low 20s. Button comes in at 55. Bang bang bang went the Legend. Errrr not too sure about that at all said the Deus 2. Hoping latest update will sort that.

Obviously, from what I've read so far, the Deus II cannot be updated on a Mac computer. I only own Mac computers, and I'm not going to buy a PC just to update my metal detector. Very disappointed!
See what he means in part, running the orx I watched a UA-cam video of this guy compared the orx to the deus 2 in the field and only one coin the orx did miss and fault because was in coin fast with the hf coil when it was a deep target compared to the deus 2 ruining a 11' coil with them low frequenties and bigger coil you would get that advantage but the orx found all the other many coins he found on UK pasture, the signals are alot better on the deus 2 but also was on the trash, it was a bad comparison maybe and was running the relic mode, not sure if Gary here has done a comparison for those two yet? if so let me know please, thanks people

Outdated? 😂😂😂All of the major Tech players and software providers are constantly updating. Microsoft, Apple, etc. Updating the Deus requires a computer. How many updates has your computer done this year? Do you own a smartphone?

That has been sorted now, it was the previous update & then going back to another version that was the problem, not a problem now though.

Hi Gary, on my new DEUS II the UPDATE option is not available, it simply missing. Firmware version 0.01.

I can't get my puck to update. It just hangs at the last screen and never updates.
I had the same problem. The answer is - just push and hold USB cable in to WS6. I doesnt update if you just plug it and leave it.

No, coils haven't required updates since HF & X35 coils came out with Deus I, Deus II is the same.
