Land Rover Intelligent Stop/Start System is designed to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions. The intelligent system works when the vehicle comes to a stop from a speed above 2.5 mph. While your foot is on the brake pedal, the engine shuts down and will remain off until the brake pedal is released.

My 2015 Honda hrv 1.6 diesel did 175,000 miles in 4 years without a single breakdown or issue, in under 18 months my Evoque 2.0 diesel is back with The dealer for the 5th time and has only done 62,000 miles, the brand new Courtesy Evoque I got 1 week ago now won’t start and has under 1000 miles on it, I wish you could buy the Evoque with a Honda Engine
