do not, I repeat do not be scared by wonky cholesterol numbers. There is a ton of great information in the community to explain. Keep it up!
Amazing, awesome, wonderful progress! 🎉🎉🎉 What I like best about carnivore is nothing hurts. No arthritic pains, muscles recover quickly after weight training, no headaches, no bloating, more energy. Take all the inflammatory food stuff out of the equation and your body feels better than it has ever felt. It's amazing!
So true!
way to GO JAY!! ❤❤❤ YOU ROCK! ❤ FROM NEW YORK🎉
I started at 394 and im at day 111. 51 pounds lost now im about 340 pounds. I have at least another 100 pounds to lose. One Day at a time. It feels so good to be able to move and my depression is gone.
Keep going 💪💪💪💪
Carnivore for 8 years. It changed my life. All my chronic diseases just disappeared and I'm lean and mean now ^^ keep going and you'll reach Ur optimal health and body composition eventually
It does feel great, doesn’t it? And it only gets better…
@@dominikoffermann3846 I’m not stopping. Today I replaced the laminate in our kitchen. I worked non stop for 9.5 hours. I never would have been able to do this 4 months ago. I could barely move. Tomorrow I’m painting prep my car. 🙌
I can’t wear jeans. Haven’t been able to for 24 years. That’s exciting to hear I get why you’re so excited. 👍🏼 Good job!
I'm at nearly 2 months and have lost 20 lbs (175-155). Carnivore is the ONLY diet that has allowed me to lose weight. And, the food is good too! Basically, 1 ingredient! Great job - keep it up!
Thanks, I feel the same way about carnivore. I’ve lost 20-30 lbs on other diets, but I’ve never lost so much weight, so easily as over the past 3 months.
Keep up the good work!
I'm 8 weeks into my carnivore journey. I lost 10 pounds in the first 15 days and about 17 over the full eight-week period. Now I didn't need to lose much weight since I'm 6' 4-1/2" and started around 197 and now I'm at 180. But most importantly, I really feel good, more even-keel throughout the day and virtually no food cravings.
You’re doing great!
I had a tooth pulled 2 days ago. I walked by a Popeyes fried chicken three times as I went to pharmacy and then shopping for essentials. Suddenly I found myself on a line in Popeyes. Luckily there was 6 people in front of me that allowed my brain to calculate why this was not a good idea. I find I am not losing weight coupled with.....my mind and the smells in the fried chicken joint, the visuals of people licking their fingers and the sounds of eating with enthusiasm were overwhelming me.I got to second to last person ready to order and just walked out. The deciding factor was realizing that lately I was just not losing weight=bad but the health boons from carnivore=good. What I am getting at here is never judge carnivore by weight loss alone or you will never stick with it. Always remember or force yourself to remember the loss of ill health symptoms you have experienced.
When I crave 🐔 I just fry some wings in lard / tallow and eat them with home made butter mayo ^^
I agree, there are a ton of benefits to carnivore aside from weight loss. For me, if I have a craving, all I have to do is play it forward and think about how I would feel AFTER the pastry or the breaded fried chicken, and the craving goes away. Keep up the good work!
That’s a great idea, I’ll have to try cooking some chicken this way.
I was watching a video yesterday and I cannot remember the name of the woman who is being interviewed but the one thing she said was always remember your why. She said when you start the carnivore diet or anything really that you want to change in your life you have to put out the why why do you want to do this and what's the most important why. She said when you feel like giving in or giving up always remember your why
@@KCCAT5 great advice! Just now at 3am and in 7eleven(again somehow lol) and I am in the nachos and salsa aisle. I am hovering at 172/170 and a few months back was hovering at 165 and my mind was like beef patties, pizza and chips will make the pain go away....just succumb its so easy! But I force myself to remember the health benefits and I left with eggs, cheese and a diet soda(gotta live a little)
Carnivore and keto diets both work like a charm. I also do intermittent fasting one meal a day. I was 400lbs. Now 220lbs. It works. Thank you for sharing your story and to inspire others to get healthy.
Thanks for the comment!
I'm 13 days in. I hope to go 'clothes' shopping in the future too. Nice! Congrats.
I see it in your eyes you are SOOO happy brother!!!
Yeah it feels good!
My doctor is going to have a heart attack on my behalf when i tell him how much meat i eat.
Wow! Great job. 25 or 30 would have be phenomenal! But 50 is wow! I’m in day 103 carnivore and feel great. My journey involve seeing if this day it will take away my lipomas. I have over 100 of them and so far I haven’t noticed a difference but I’m still very early.
I had one lipoma on my back and now I can hardly notice it.
OMG I am the same as you I have hundreds of lipomas all over my body. And I have more forming now even though I'm doing carnivore which really frustrates me because I was hoping that as I burn fat it would take away from the lipomas.
Way to go. Thank you for posting this video.
Thanks for visiting!

Good job keep going. You should be very proud.
Congrats, Jay!
Great job!🎉
Thank you! 😁
Well done man!!!!
Thanks!
Congratulations!
Thanks for talking about your experiences. Inspirational! I hope to get the same results. I started with Keto then switched to Carnivore, got some problems with oxalate dumping the first week (pain & skin rashes), then the plant poisons did leave my body, and everything got fine. Great achievement, Jay!
Yes, I think a lot of the discomfort at the beginning is actually the body detoxifying. Keep up the good work!
Happy for you Jay!
Thanks, I’m happy too!
Nice job!!! Congratulations!
Thank you!
Awesome!!!! Keep going❤
Thank you so much 😄
Congratulations to you!!!
Thank you!!

Congratulations!!
Thank you!!
Keep going, the health bennies will soon be noticeable
Awesome weight loss!
Thank you!
Do you remember you stated you would have to stop walking after 15 minutes? Now you can walk for miles and miles, my point being you’re getting healthier not just losing weight. I hope the cholesterol number doesn’t scare you but do what you feel is best
It's true that I feel so much better. I'm not going to worry about my cholesterol numbers at this point unless they're really off the charts.
You should be happy! 🎉
I eat carnivore because I have diabetes… only abut 15lbs over weight but my A1c kept climbing.. went for 6.7 to 5.7 … no easy task… hopefully I can get it down to 5…
Stay consistant and you should see some improvements.
The best part is that you are not hungry!
Yes, I eat fewer calories than I used to, but I never feel deprived 🙂
I did 92 days faithfully carnivore in 2022, but since falling off the wagon thanksgiving of ‘22 I’ve never gotten back on the wagon faithfully. I lost 40 pounds but I’ve gained back about 15 pounds since falling.
You can get back on the carnivore train again my dear, just watch more videos from Dr Barry and Dr Chaffee about how destructive the food industry is and how it wreaks havoc on your health! You can do this, just get your mind refocused!
Did you find you had more rapid progression of weight loss after the 30 day mark or into the second and third month?
I lost 20 lbs during the first 2 weeks. 2nd two weeks I plateaued, didn't lose anything. Weeks 4-8 were the fastest weight loss -- like 5 lbs per week. Weeks 8-12 were pretty steady 3 lbs per week. I'm on week 14, and it looks like I'm still losing 2-3 lbs per week.
Thanks for reply. Todays day 30 and the last 7-10 days were pretty underwhelming for me in terms of loss after progress the first few weeks. Look forward to light at the end of the tunnel
If the plateau keeps going, then consider fasting for 24 hours. This seems to kickstart things sometimes. Also, I eliminated most dairy around day 30, and I think this helped.
@@Jaylwoodworth I cut out all dairy recently as I had a feeling it was probably an issue. Thanks for the advice about the fasting.
how often did you exercise during these 3 months?
I walked a good 2-4 miles per day and tried to bike a lot too. I was in Toronto for the first two months and used their bikeshare bikes to get around. I also tried to get to the gym at least twice per week, time allowing.
also - how tall are you?
6’0”
Jay, I am sure you did blood work before you started so can you compare that to where you are now? This is more of a reminder because everyone knows this but a large number of people still do it. People fell into the smoking craze of it is cool, makes you happier, your doctor smokes, you will sleep better and you will lose weight started in the early 1900s and it took 70 years before the ads were banned even though it was reported to cause lung cancer in 1910.
Yep, and my cholesterol was way high. And blood sugar was in pre diabetic range. Still haven’t gotten r results from last week, but they should be here later today or tomorrow.
305lbs is kinda big... So you lost a Fiddy burger... Congrats
305 was uncomfortable, no doubt. I’ll still eat a fiddy burger, but no bun or toppings 🙂
205 is also kinda big for someone who's 6 ft tall that's as heavy as I got
Great for you
Congratulations
