    I have found that people who have negative comments on my Carnavore way of eating, I just say, " I weigh 108, my labs are excellent, my skin is wonderful, I only WANT to eat once a day, I fast 24 hrs each day between meals.
    I lost only 12 lbs, down to a size 4. Let's compare our looks, weight, mind clarity, labs!!
    Now, what else do you have?? I'm doing something for me and my health?? How's that size 18 working for you????

    I have coffee once per day! medium roast, 1 cup and I blend(not just stir) in 1/2 stick salted butter) its tastes amazing, and I only have the 1 cup in the morning! For other drinks its water and the occasional diet coke (still something I have to work on) I dont do electrolyte drinks because I salt my meats, an get what I need from what Im eating. Keep up the good work and spread your experiences and more people may join us.

    Hi. Excellent video. I am wondering if Carnivore not only works better for those of us with Native genetics, but if it's actually a necessity for our well-being. I have Choctaw ancestry and have ALWAYS eaten and absolutely REQUIRED more meat than other women of my acquaintance. I want to add that while I wasn't carnivore in my pregnancies, I did load up on the meat, and I NEVER had morning sickness. Another plus is never having the slightest problem getting pregnant. Oh, and I have to brag: all my babies held their heads up the DAY they were born, and could walk and even run at or before ten months (my youngest walked, ran and climbed at 7 months). Beef, it's what's for Babies!
    Thanks again for a great video.
    P.S. I am also a big believer in fish, and if you want to feel good and strong immediately--calf liver!

Not loosing much because a lot of healing to do. I’ve went from extra large shirts to small. I have about 25 pds to loose. I also notice bad breath. Way to go. My video also shows my progress. Carnivore really worked for me. I've noticed that I can't tolerate sweet tastes in my mouth anymore. I have to drink water to get that taste out of my mouth. I've had to stop use artificial sweeteners. Food isn't that important to me anymore other then I need fat for my energy levels. I modulate my fat content with the amount of energy that I use day in and day out.

    Ketovore took 52 pounds and 4 prescriptions away from me. I still eat potatoes unless they are fried. Started August of 2021 and haven’t looked back. I can 100% guarantee you this is permanent. I also intermittent fast on a 18:6. My only advise to others wanting to improve their health is vitamin D3 +K2 daily and no “vegetable oils”. I found out vegetables have nothing to do with vegetables and that they were invented and used as lubricants for machines. It just so happens they also serve as a cooking media.

    No “way” of eating addresses the two elephants in the room. Childhood comfort foods and the plentitude of ready available foods to eat as many times and snack on as one wants. Whether it’s plant based or meat based the first six months of not eating the standard American diet will produce great results. It seems like eliminating everything but meat based allows for some good noticeable changes for the better in most people. Unless there’s a gun pointed at your head non stop in some metaphorical manner where you yourself one hundred percent believe that carbs equal death in time you’ll fall off the wagon at times hard. I eat only carnivore until the witching hours between seven till ten, then all bets are off. Then it’s whatever I can get my hands on that has carbs in it. I made it my mission for a year to catch a glimpse of all the influencers tongues for that slight coating of candida the telltale sign of ingesting carbs that turns their rare comments that they’re so confident in their meat based way of eating they can have an occasional bite of carbs or a drink of alcohol leaving us to assume it’s rare beyond belief. Well if it’s often enough to coat your tongue whitish then it’s more than rare. Point being no one passed the test, no one. So, young lady enjoy your success but don’t waste your time being religious about it then thinking there’s something wrong with you for not being perfect. All this will make more sense in six months to a year from now. You can get the benefits of meat based and the amount of carbs eaten will be determined by how your body feels about it. And we’re all different and have different starting thresholds. Myself, I’ll never go back to eating other than meat based. And I’ll probably “cheat” my way through the whole thing!

    • @CarnivorePatriot
      @CarnivorePatriot Рік тому +1

      If at all possible, don’t keep carbs in the house. Sure, if you’re out and about and decide to “have some carbs” on rare occasion, fine it’s a choice. But if it’s not in the house those witching hours will be less troublesome.

    • @aleighaberger6582
      @aleighaberger6582 Рік тому +1

      @@CarnivorePatriot common sense for sure , unfortunately for me my wife isn’t a team player and refuses to keep her beer and carbs out of the house. Zero support. It’s like I live in a convenience store. In spite of that things do get better, just at a glacial pace. Since cooking is her passion and my meat based approach isn’t her cup of tea and cooking for oneself when you’re use to cooking for an army is no fun she keeps her 250 pounds on her 110 pound frame by eating popcorn and beer every night with labs to die for. Doesn’t help she’s 15 years younger either. But thanks for the suggestion anyway.

    • @CarnivorePatriot
      @CarnivorePatriot Рік тому

      @@aleighaberger6582 I totally hear you. Carb addiction is as real as any drug (e.g., alcohol, heroin, etc.) and it doesn’t help if your spouse is unsupportive - even a saboteur. My brother-in-law (my wife’s brother) is married to exactly the same woman! LOL It’s like living on the set of some cooking show every day. All you can do is remember your personal “why” for being a carnivore and do your best to stick to it for your personal health.
      Good luck to you! 🙏🏻

    • @CaptnJack
      @CaptnJack Рік тому +1

      I think you are wrong, but maybe not for yourself. I dont feel I believe carbs = death. I am one person in the house where the others dont eat my way, I have no cravings for sugars and such. Sure, mentally, I can remember how things tasted (sugars, carbs) but have no physical cravings for them. For me, the motivation is that I have come back from the bring of really bad health, I have tons of energy, and I eat the tasty foods I like (bacon, beef, eggs, etc) so why would I ever want to 'fall off the wagon' Your experiences will be different from mine and others but your belief that no can just not do it, is kinda 'short sighted' For your viewpoint, I think your cheating the way through it, is only limiting your health successes. #uptoyou

    • @aleighaberger6582
      @aleighaberger6582 Рік тому

      @@CaptnJack I’m not a nutritionist so I can only talk from my personal experience. I have a person in the household like you that doesn’t crave carbs, is a fat and salt leaning person. I envy you both. I’m healthy and normally fit. I started all this to keep blood glucose levels in range. I have no evidence of any damage from carbs from high blood glucose in the past. So this is really an intellectual pursuit which is less compelling to follow than someone such as yourself whose experienced health issues. Maybe that’s the difference in our point of views. You’re right, I shouldn’t brush my way of seeing things in such broad strokes onto everyone. Thanks for the better way of seeing things.
