Stalking big carp in the Margins

A recent trip to the beautiful Manor Fisheries in Kent saw myself spending a few hours on the carp lake which lends itself to stalking the carp right down the edge which is not just exciting but explosive at times.
See how I successfully approach this lake and a few of the stunning carp that live there.

Superb Duncan 😀☺ Absolutely love float fishing / stalking close in ... much more exciting way of catching carp !! I use a 12ft 1.75 Avon style and had fish to 25lb !! Sometimes even use a centrepin. Not used prawns before so will give it a try in the Summer.

Duncan, you suggest its a match rod with 8lb line? What match rod takes 8lb line do you use please buddy?
