There is a big difference between 'stolen weapons' and 'Captured weapons'. What the Russians have on display are captured weapons. The author of this article is an English Native speaker from whom I would not expect such a 'blatant mistake' except it was deliberate for propaganda purposes!

This is mostly trophies (taking on the battleground). Only few of this equipment actually stolen by Ukranian army quartermasters to resell to Russians. There was an report by CBS that most of equipment sent to Ukraine is not reaching front line. Ether destroyed in transit or stolen by industrious Ukrainians.
I think they need to redact that info for 2 reasons:.... the Russians are not getting their asses kicked by slingshots and spitballs. 2nd, there are Western special ops on the ground watching very closely their investments are being used and accounted for.
